摘要: A fuel conveying device having a pumping stage, an electric motor to drive the pumping stage, a control unit, a magnetoresistive fill level sensor that generates a fill level signal, including a temperature-effect compensator that generates a compensation signal to compensate for temperature-related influences on the fill level signal, and an evaluation unit (5) designed such that the temperature of a fluid surrounding the fill level sensor can be determined by the evaluation unit by the compensation signal. A fuel tank equipped with a fuel delivery device of said type, a method for determining the temperature of a fluid inside a fuel tank, a method for controlling and/or regulating an electric motor, and a method for controlling and/or regulating an injection of fuel vapors to a combustion process of an internal combustion engine.

摘要: A plurality of semiconductor devices each including a semiconductor chip having a high-side MOSFET and a semiconductor chip having a low-side MOSFET are mounted on a wiring board (PB1). The wiring board (PB1) includes a power supply wiring WV1 to which a power supply potential is supplied and output wirings WD1, WD2, and WD3 electrically connecting a low-side drain terminal of each of the plurality of semiconductor devices to a plurality of output terminals. A minimum value and a maximum value of a current path width in the power supply wiring WV1 are referred to as a first minimum width and a first maximum width, respectively, and a minimum value and a maximum value of a current path width in the output wirings WD1, WD2, and WD3 are referred to as a second minimum width and a second maximum width, respectively. When the first minimum width is smaller than the second minimum width, the first minimum width is larger than half of the second maximum width, and when the second minimum width is smaller than the first minimum width, the second minimum width is larger than half of the first maximum width.

摘要: A fuel delivery injector includes a housing, an end cap including an inlet port fluidly coupled to a cavity to direct fuel vapor and liquid fuel into the cavity and an outlet port fluidly coupled to the cavity to direct fuel vapor and liquid fuel out of the cavity, a magnetic assembly fixedly positioned within the cavity, and a pumping assembly including a bobbin and a piston. A return spring is coupled to the pumping assembly to bias the pumping assembly to a home position and a valve assembly including a biasing spring is positioned between an inlet chamber and an outlet chamber. The end cap includes a protrusion extending therefrom and terminating at an end face, the end face proximate the magnetic assembly and the protrusion is configured to redirect fuel vapor toward the outlet port.

The retaining feature is adapted to maintain the location of the fuel system component and the grounding feature electrically couples a ground wire to the electrically conductive portion of the fuel system component. The fuel system component is grounded through a path including the grounding feature and ground wire.

摘要: A fuel pump priming system to prevent the obstruction of fuel flow from the fuel source to the intake of an internal combustion engine by having an alternate and path for fuel to flow between the fuel source and the intake of an internal combustion engine. This invention takes advantage of prior art using existing manual fuel system primer to pump fuel from the fuel source to the fuel intake of an internal combustion engine then after the engine is primed with fuel an adjacent but connected fuel line is then available creating an additional fuel path from the fuel source to the fuel intake of the internal combustion engine.

摘要: A fuel supply device includes: a linear actuator; a reciprocating pump having a boosting piston driven by the linear actuator, configured to axially reciprocate, and configured to alternately repeat suction of the fuel and ejection of the fuel more boosted than the fuel at a time of suction by reciprocation of the boosting piston; and a controller to control driving of the linear actuator. When reciprocation amplitude of the boosting piston is A (A>0) and a reciprocating cycle time is T, the controller controls the linear actuator so a maximum value of an absolute value of acceleration when the reciprocating pump sucks the fuel with an absolute value of speed of the boosting piston increasing is smaller than A·(2π/T)2, and so a maximum value of the absolute value of the acceleration of the boosting piston when the reciprocating pump ejects the fuel is larger than A·(2π/T)2.

摘要: An electric fuel pump includes a housing having an oil inlet and an oil outlet, an impeller, a stator unit mounted in the housing and including a stator and a starter terminal set connected to the stator, a packaging adhesive encapsulating the stator and the starter terminal set to create an oil guide passage in communication between the oil inlet and the oil outlet, and a rotor unit mounted in the housing and including a rotor rotatably mounted in the stator and a rotating shaft mounted in the rotor and connected with the impeller. When the stator unit is electrically conducted, the rotor unit drives the impeller to draw a fuel oil into the oil guide passage. When the fuel oil goes through the oil guide passage, the stator and the starter terminal set are well protected by the packaging adhesive and prohibited from contacting the fuel oil.

摘要: A fuel supply device (1) has a valve (13) in a fuel passage between a fuel pump (3) and an engine (5). In a storage portion of an ECU (18-21) is stored a relationship between a fuel pressure and a flow rate, which are required by the engine, and voltage which is supplied to a motor (7). The ECU senses voltages V26, V27, V28 supplied to the motor from a controller (22) when the valve is opened from change points C1′, C2′, C3′ at which a characteristic between the voltage and the current which are supplied to the motor (7) is changed. Then, the ECU corrects the voltage stored in the storage portion on the basis of differences between voltages V1, V2, V5 stored in the storage portion at the change points C1, C2, C3 and the voltages V26, V27, V28 when the valve is opened. In this way, the fuel supply device can correctly control the motor in correspondence to the fuel pressure and the flow rate which are required by the engine.

摘要: A fuel supply system may include a fuel pump configured to supply fuel from a fuel tank to a target, a motor for driving the fuel pump, and a controller coupled to the motor. The controller may determine a duty ratio of a control signal through a feedback control and to output the control signal to the motor, so that a fuel pressure of the fuel supplied from the fuel tank approaches a target fuel pressure. The controller may estimate the duty ratio based on the target fuel pressure and information regarding a fuel pressure of the fuel supplied from the fuel tank, and may guard an upper limit of the duty ratio by an upper limit guard value. The upper limit guard value may be determined based on a rotational speed of the motor.
