摘要: The present disclosure provided a blood cell analyzer, a control device and a blood analysis method thereof. In the method, a first reagent is mixed with a sample to obtain a first testing sample, and then a second reagent is mixed with the first testing sample for a further reaction to get a second testing sample for basophil classification and/or HGB measurement. A blood sample may be tested in one reaction cell through time-division multiplexing technology to obtain four groups leukocytes classification result and HGB result by single detection channel. Thus, the structure of the analyzer may be greatly simplified on the premise of guaranteeing the performance of the analyzer, the size and cost of the analyzer may reduce and a performance-price ratio of the analyzer may increase.

The first flow path includes a fourth opening/closing mechanism. The sixth flow path includes a fifth opening/closing mechanism. The seventh flow path includes a sixth opening/closing mechanism. The rate of the second pump is higher than that of the first pump.

摘要: A fluid sample testing apparatus has a housing with a test chamber and first and second fluid collector tubes and first and second fluid collectors in fluid communication with the test chamber. A sample holding container is in fluid communication with the second fluid collector tube. The first fluid collector is inserted into the first fluid collector tube and pressure is generated to release fluid from the first fluid collector into the test chamber, and air passes outside of the apparatus from the test chamber via an opening from the test chamber into the first fluid collector tube. The second fluid collector is inserted into the second fluid collector tube concurrently and pressure is generated to release fluid from the second fluid collector into the sample holding container, and air passes outside of the apparatus from the second fluid collector tube.

摘要: The invention relates to a sample collection system for collecting sub-samples from a material stream, the system including a valve arrangement and a static cone splitter, and wherein the valve arrangement is arranged to enable operation of the static cone splitter to collect a non-biased sample of the material stream fed to the static cone splitter under first and second operational conditions, the first operational condition requiring the material stream to be at substantially atmospheric pressure and flowing at a minimum functional flow rate, and the second operational condition requiring the material stream to be pressurised above atmospheric pressure and at a flow rate higher than the minimum functional flow rate. The invention also relates to a static cone splitter for use with the system, together with a cone member for use with the static cone splitter.

The transfer tape system can include a transfer tape configured to adhere to a front face of the tissue block and collect one or more tissue sections sectioned by the microtome and to transfer the one or more tissue sections to one or more slides; and at least one tension device for controlling tension and an angle of the transfer tape relative the tissue block or the one or more slides. The at least one tension device can be configured to maintain the transfer tape at a predetermined tension or maintain the transfer tape at a predetermined angle relative to the tissue block or the one or more slides.

摘要: To measure water content of liquid hydrocarbon using dried liquid hydrocarbon solvent, a liquid hydrocarbon sample is received from a flowline carrying the liquid hydrocarbon. The liquid hydrocarbon sample includes liquid hydrocarbon and liquid water at a concentration greater than a water saturation level. The liquid hydrocarbon sample is split into a first portion and a remainder portion. The first portion is dried to remove liquid water in the first portion. The remainder portion is mixed with the dried first portion causing the concentration of liquid water in a mixture of the remainder portion and the dried first portion to be below the water saturation level. After mixing the remainder portion with the dried first portion, a water content in the liquid hydrocarbon sample is determined.

摘要: Automated pipetting systems and methods are disclosed for aspirating and dispensing fluids, particularly biological samples. In one aspect, a liquid dispenser includes a manifold and one or more pipette channels. The manifold includes a vacuum channel, a pressure channel, and a plurality of lanes. Each lane includes an electrical connector, a port to the pressure channel, and a port to the vacuum channel. The pipette channels can be modular. Each pipette channel includes a single dispense head and can be selectively and independently coupled to any one lane of the plurality of lanes. In some aspects, a valve in the pipette channel is in simultaneous fluid communication with a pressure port and a vacuum port of the manifold. The valve selectively diverts gas under pressure and gas under vacuum to the dispense head in response to control signals received through the electrical connector of the manifold.
