    Abstract: The invention is related to a crimp tool having an adjustable cam for accomplishing precision machining of a connector with a cable. The adjustable cam is provided at one of the handles of the crimp tool and is configured to prevent a moving handle of the crimp tool from moving beyond the adjustable cam so as to allow a user to adjust the pivot range of the moving handle, which controls the extent of the movement of a machining block in a machining portion of the crimp tool.

    Abstract: A crimp tool for concurrently crimping and trimming includes a first jaw member and a second jaw member pivotally coupled to the first and second jaw members moveable between a crimp position and a release position. The crimp tool also includes a first crimp die coupled to the first jaw member and having a first recessed surface and a second crimp die coupled to the second jaw member and having a second recessed surface, the first and second recessed surfaces being complementary to each other and forming a crimping opening in the crimp position to receive a connector having a conductor received therein. The crimp tool includes cutting members that are spaced apart relative to the respective jaw members to trim an exposed inner conductor of the conductor when substantially abutting one another in the crimp position, and may be adjustable depending on the desired protrusion of the inner conductor. Related methods to use the same are also provided.

    Abstract: A feeder device includes a feed finger and a lifting arm. The feed finger is mounted to and movable relative to the frame along a feed stroke in a feed direction and in an opposite return direction. The feed finger is pivotable towards and away from a feed object. The lifting arm is fixedly mounted to the frame. The feed finger moves relative to the lifting arm as the feed finger is moved along the feed stroke. The lifting arm has a deflectable tip engaging the feed finger. The deflectable tip is deflected as the feed finger is moved in the feed direction. The deflectable tip is un-deflected as the feed finger is moved in the return direction. The un-deflected tip engaging the feed finger and pivoting the feed finger away from the feed object as the feed finger is moved along the lifting arm in the return direction.

    Abstract: A plug connector includes: a ground contact conductor; an insulating housing; and a signal contact conductor. The ground contact conductor includes: a cylindrical main body having a slit that extends in an extending direction thereof; a pair of arms protruding from respective edges forming the slit of the main body in a radially outward direction of the main body; and fixing portions configured to fasten around the pair of arms from the external. Each fixing portion is provided with a protrusion protruding toward the corresponding arm and positioned at the center of the fixing portion in a protruding direction of the arms. In a state in which the arms are fastened with the fixing portions, the protrusions are contact with the arms, and the arms and the fixing portions are separated from each other by presence of the protrusions.
