摘要: An OFDM mobile communication system includes a system controller for dividing an OFDM symbol into a control channel and a data channel, multiplexing the control channel to control subchannels, and allocating the multiplexed control subchannels to base stations. The base stations simultaneously transmit control signals on the control allocated subchannels and data on the data channel. Mobile nodes receive an OFDM symbols with the multiplexed control channels for them and a data channel for selecting a base station according to information in the control subchannels. The mobile node simultaneously processes control subchannels received from two base stations using one physical layer module.

摘要: Disclosed is an incombustible composition for a fire door/wall, the fire door/wall using the incombustible composition, and a method of producing the fire door/wall. The incombustible composition includes 1 to 80 wt % of organic or inorganic fiber, 1 to 80 wt % of fly ash or bottom ash, 1 to 80 wt % of fire-proofing agent, 1 to 30 wt % of curing fire-retardant resin, and 1 to 40 wt % of incombustible hollow filler. Furthermore, the method includes providing the incombustible composition, mixing the fly ash or bottom ash, fire-proofing agent, and curing fire-retardant resin with each other, adding the organic or inorganic fiber into a mixture, shattering the mixture containing the organic or inorganic fiber, mixing an incombustible hollow body with the shattered mixture by use of a mixer using air, pressing the resulting mixture using a high pressure hot press to form a board or a square timber, constructing a frame of the fire door/wall using the board and/or square timber, and embedding an incombustible core material into the fire door/wall. As well, 1 to 70 wt % of the incombustible composition may be made of a waste material. Accordingly, the incombustible composition is advantageous in that the production costs are reduced, and that it is useful as a construction finishing and interior material because no fire and toxic gases occur when the incombustible composition is on fire.

摘要: A method and apparatus for numerically analyzing a growth degree of grains grown on a surface of a semiconductor wafer, in which the growth degree of grains is automatically calculated and numerated through a computer by using an image file of the surface of the semiconductor wafer scanned by an SEM. A predetermined portion of a surface of the wafer is scanned using the SEM, and the scanned SEM image is simultaneously stored into a database. An automatic numerical program applies meshes to an analysis screen frame and selects an analysis area on a measured image. Thereafter, a smoothing process for reducing an influence of noise is performed on respective pixels designated by the meshes using an average value of image data of adjacent pixels. A standardization process is then performed, based on respective images in order to remove a brightness difference between the measured images. After comparing standardized image data values of the respective pixels with a predetermined threshold value, the number of pixels whose standardized image data value is greater than the threshold value is counted. The growth degree of grains on the surface of the wafer is calculated by numerating a ratio of the counted number with respect to a total number of the pixels contained within the analysis target image.

摘要: A method of estimating the speed of an induction motor and the magnetic flux of a rotor is disclosed. The method consists of the steps of a) obtaining some measurable or calculable variables for estimating the speed of the induction motor and the magnetic flux of the rotor; b) calculating a parameter as a counter-electromotive force of the motor derived from the variables obtained in the step a); c) estimating the speed of the motor by use of the parameter calculated in the step b), an estimated value of the parameter, and the obtained variables; and d) estimating the magnetic flux of the rotor by use of an estimated value of the speed estimated in the step c) and the parameter. As the present invention estimates the speed of the motor and the magnetic flux of the rotor using the parameters obtained from the measurable or calculable variables, an estimation algorithm requires fewer calculation equations compared the prior estimation algorithm using the full-order observer, resulting in a reduced amount of calculation. Accordingly, a sensorless speed control system of the induction motor can be easily implemented with the superiority of low-speed characteristic and the stable and fast response characteristics of speed in a wide operation region.
