Abstract: A skin cleanser includes a surface, such as a silicone surface, with at least one textured portion for transmitting vibrational tapping to the skin. The skin cleanser includes at least one oscillating motor for generating the tapping motion to the skin. The textured portion includes touch-points or a wave that transmit the tapping motion to skin in contact with the textured portions. The touch-points may include thicker and thinner formations of the touch-points to provide firmer or softer vibrations to the skin. The touch-points are within about 0.5 to 2.5 mm in diameter. One configuration includes multiple oscillating motors configured to provide different vibration frequencies at around 50-300 Hertz and operable simultaneously.

Abstract: The invention generally involves an apparatus and system for heating or warming instruments. The system includes an electrically heated carrying case for transporting instruments, and an electrically heated vessel for containing a fluid to be used in conjunction with the instruments. The carrying case and the vessel each include: a heating element, one or more sensors (i.e. to maintain a desired temperature) and a circuitry in communication with a user interface for controlling the device's operation. This system facilitates the warming or heating of instruments to a desirable temperature to avoid any undesirable interruptions that may be caused by the discomfort of experiencing a temperature differential upon touching the instrument against the body.

Abstract: A dermatological skin treatment device is provided. The device comprises a handpiece and a cutting tool, wherein the tool is inserted through the conduit and percutaneously inserted into a tissue disposed within a recessed area of the handpiece. The device and method cut the fibrous structures under the skin that cause cellulite at an angle substantially parallel to the surface of the skin and replace these structures with a non-cellulite forming structure by deploying a highly fibrous mesh through a single needle hole to create a highly fibrous layer directly or through wound healing processes.

Abstract: Systems and methods for nasal irrigation are provided in which a nasal irrigation device includes a source of saline, an effluent receptacle, a nasal interface, a vacuum source, a fluid passageway to communicate the source of saline with the effluent receptacle through the nasal interface and a nasal cavity of the user, and a switch and valve assembly for selectively controlling the vacuum source and flow of the saline through the fluid passageway. The saline source is disposed relative to the device to provide gravitational inducement of saline to the nasal interface in engagement to the device user's nostrils. A combination of the gravitational inducement and the relative vacuum from the effluent receptacle generates a fluid flow for irrigating, cleansing and massaging the nasal cavity and ostia of the user. The entire device is assembled as a hand-held device for convenient lifting and disposal against the user's nostrils.
