摘要: This invention comprises a mobile asset cellular device transmission detector equipped, a wireless processing unit, an event recorder, and a digital video recorder. The wireless processing unit includes event recorder interface software, digital video recorder interface software that obtains data from the digital video recorder, Wi-Nav software that obtains data from the Wi-Nav, GPS software that obtains data from the GPS and geo-fence software. The cellular device transmission detector continually checks for cellular device transmissions within the mobile asset and if those transmissions were associated with an impact, rollover, operator action or geo-fence defined location or boundary. When a cellular device transmission was made, the wireless processing unit triggers an episode and sends event recorder information, GPS location and speed, audio and video recordings, and impact and rollover information to a back office.

摘要: The invention relates to a telecommunication method in a base station of a mobile communication system, the mobile communication system comprising a plurality of base stations, a communication link being established between the base station and a user equipment, the method comprising the following steps performed by the base station: selecting one of the plurality of base stations as a target base station for a handover of the user equipment; transmitting a handover request to the target base station; receiving a handover request acknowledgement from the target base station, the handover request acknowledgment being indicative of at least one physical resource of the target base station; and transmitting a handover command to the user equipment via the communication link using the at least one physical resource. The handover command being descriptive of information required for accessing the target base station.

摘要: An improved Braille erasure mechanism may comprise a reverse-embosser or impressing mechanism to imprint a negative Braille cell. A negative Braille cell is the reverse of a normal Braille cell, with one or more dots lowered or pressed into the printing medium in an opposite direction to the raised dots of a normal Braille cell. Because the dots of a negative Braille cell are lowered past the surface of the printing medium, they may be ordinarily undetectable to the fingers of a Braille user. Accordingly, by imprinting a full negative Braille cell on top of a Braille cell to be erased, all of the previously raised dots of the Braille cell may be lowered beyond the surface of the printing medium. Any further Braille cell embossed over the erased cell will be free from corruption, because any dot not used by the new cell will remain lowered and undetectable.

摘要: In a clip for fastening to a strip or rib, in particular on a motor vehicle, having a single-piece body made of plastic that has a retaining region, the retaining region has a receiving slot with an insertion opening and a locking finger. The locking finger is attached to a first guide section and extends from its fastening end in the insertion direction and in the direction of a second guide section. The locking finger has an insert that forms a tongue projecting from the free end of the locking finger.

摘要: A method and device is provided for the detection of data symbols contained in a received radio signal, whereby each data symbol is allocated transmit-side a symbol value-specific PN sequence of successive PN chips in the chip clock and the PN sequences allocated to the data symbols are offset QPSK modulated. The method of the invention for incoherent detection provides for converting the received radio signal into a complex baseband signal sampled in the chip clock, generating a demodulated signal by differential demodulation of the complex baseband signal sampled in the chip clock, providing the derived sequences, calculating correlation results by correlating the demodulated signal with the derived sequences, and deriving, i.e., detecting, the values of the data symbols by evaluating the correlation results. In this case, each derived sequence is assigned to a PN sequence allocable transmit-side and includes derived chips, whose values in each case correspond to a logic linking of particular PN chips of the PN sequence allocable transmit-side that is assigned the derived sequence. The invention relates furthermore to a corresponding receiving unit.
