摘要: A filtration material comprising a blend of polypropylene and acrylic fibers of round, flat, dog bone, oval or kidney bean shape in any size from 0.08 to 3.3 Dtex. A preferred blend contains about 50 weight percent polypropylene fibers and about 50 weight percent acrylic fibers. The fibers can be blended ranging from 90:10 to 10:90 polypropylene to acrylic. The shape contains 25 weight percent round, flat, oval, dog bone and kidney bean shapes. The fiber blend contains 25 weight percent of at least one size between 0.08 and 3.3 Dtex. Electret fibers incorporated within these blends have 0.02 to 33 weight percent of a charge control agent. These fibers can be used in producing electret material by corona or triboelectric charging methods.

The air conditioner includes a humidification medium, a watering housing to spray water to supply moisture to the humidification medium, a watering motor to rotate the watering housing, a blower fan to blow air, a blower motor to rotate the blower fan, an operation module receiving an instruction from a user, a sterilization module to sterilize the humidification medium, and a control unit to control the watering motor, the blower motor, and the sterilization module according to an instruction inputted to the operation module. Herein, the control unit stops an operation of the watering motor according to the instruction inputted to the operation module, operates the blower motor and the sterilization module when the sterilizing dry mode is set, and stops the operation of the sterilization module after a predetermined sterilizing dry time elapses.

摘要: An apparatus to purify fresh air contains at least three types of filters such as high efficient particle filter 5, chemical filter 6 and two stage electrostatic filters 2. The said filters are secured to fresh air unit 1 that is secured to the wall 4 or window 11 of the building. Particularly, the present invention contains low noise fan 7 to reduce noises entering from outside. The said particle filters and chemical filters are either in rolled form or in plate form with protrusions to have effective filtration. More particularly, the present invention relates to an apparatus for purifying freshly supplied air from outdoor environment and recirculates the indoor air by using new type easily installable and serviceable, filters that are environmentally friendly biodegradable filters.

摘要: An airborne particle collection system includes an airflow directing unit, register units, a fan unit, and a control system. The airflow directing unit includes a plurality of separately controlled air distribution segments. Each of register unit includes a motorized damper and a filter. The fan unit is connected to the airflow directing unit and to the plurality of register units through piping. The fan unit injects air into the airflow directing unit, and generates a vacuum force that causes exhaust air with airborne particles to be pulled into the register units and filtered by the filters within the register units. The control system selectively controls the air distribution segments of the airflow directing unit and the motorized dampers of the register units to generate alterable airflow patterns between the airflow directing unit and the register units in different zones within a room in which the airflow directing unit and the register units are disposed.

摘要: An air cleaning device for separating airborne particles from a flow of air is provided. The air cleaning device comprises a separating unit and an ionizing unit arranged to charge airborne particles present in the flow of air and transmit at least a major part of the charged particles towards the separating unit. The ionizing unit comprises at least one collector electrode and at least one emitter electrode. The separating unit is arranged to attract at least some of the charged particles so as to separate them from the flow of air. Further, the at least one collector electrode is shaped so as to conduct at least a portion of the flow of air and has a spherically curved inner surface and the emitter electrode is centered with respect to the spherically curved inner surface of the collector electrode.
