    摘要: An ion/ozone wind generation device includes a plurality of electrode pairs having a needle-shaped electrode and an opposite electrode, ions, ozone, and ion wind being generated using corona discharge by generating a potential difference between the respective electrode pairs. In this device, the opposite electrode in each of the electrode pairs is formed into a planar and annular or spiral shape, a main electrode pair as a pair of electrodes and a plurality of sub-electrode pairs as electrode pairs in which the opposite electrodes are regularly located adjacent or proximate to each other so as to surround the opposite electrode in the main electrode pair along an outer circumference of the opposite electrode in the main electrode pair are provided, and planar normal vectors in all the opposite electrodes are directed in substantially the same directions.

    摘要: An airborne particle collection system includes an airflow directing unit, register units, a fan unit, and a control system. The airflow directing unit includes a plurality of separately controlled air distribution segments. Each of register unit includes a motorized damper and a filter. The fan unit is connected to the airflow directing unit and to the plurality of register units through piping. The fan unit injects air into the airflow directing unit, and generates a vacuum force that causes exhaust air with airborne particles to be pulled into the register units and filtered by the filters within the register units. The control system selectively controls the air distribution segments of the airflow directing unit and the motorized dampers of the register units to generate alterable airflow patterns between the airflow directing unit and the register units in different zones within a room in which the airflow directing unit and the register units are disposed.

    摘要: An air cleaning device for separating airborne particles from a flow of air is provided. The air cleaning device comprises a separating unit and an ionizing unit arranged to charge airborne particles present in the flow of air and transmit at least a major part of the charged particles towards the separating unit. The ionizing unit comprises at least one collector electrode and at least one emitter electrode. The separating unit is arranged to attract at least some of the charged particles so as to separate them from the flow of air. Further, the at least one collector electrode is shaped so as to conduct at least a portion of the flow of air and has a spherically curved inner surface and the emitter electrode is centered with respect to the spherically curved inner surface of the collector electrode.
