Abstract: An adhesively-laminated core includes: a plurality of electrical steel sheets which are stacked on each other and of which both surfaces are coated with an insulation coating; and an adhesion part which is provided between the electrical steel sheets adjacent to each other in a stacking direction and adheres the electrical steel sheets to each other, wherein an adhesive forming the adhesion part contains an organic resin and an inorganic filler, wherein a 50% particle size of the inorganic filler is 0.2 to 3.5 μm, wherein a 90% particle size of the inorganic filler is 10.0 μm or less, and wherein an amount of the inorganic filler is 5 to 50 parts by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of the organic resin.

Abstract: An electrical steel sheet is described, which has an insulating coating on its surface. The insulating coating is free of chromium and comprises plate-like particles of inorganic compound and a metal phosphate. The plate-like particles of inorganic compound are in the form of secondary particles, which are formed by aggregating primary particles, and present in an amount of not less than 0.1 parts by mass and not greater than 20 parts by mass, with respect to 100 parts by mass of the metal phosphate. The secondary particles have an average particle diameter of no less than 0.05 μm and no greater than 5 μm, and have a specific surface area of 1 to 80 m2/g. The primary particles have an aspect ratio of 50 to 1000. The electrical steel sheet has excellent heat resistance, corrosion resistance, appearance, and insulating properties.

Abstract: A grain-oriented electrical steel sheet includes: a base steel sheet including, as a chemical composition, by mass %, C: 0.010% or less, Si: 2.50% to 4.00%, Mn: 0.050% to 1.000%, S+Se: 0.005% or less in total, Sol. Al: 0.005% or less, N: 0.005% or less, Bi+Te+Pb: 0% to 0.0300% in total, Sb: 0% to 0.50%, Sn: 0% to 0.50%, Cr: 0% to 0.50%, Cu: 0% to 1.0%, and a remainder of Fe and impurities; and a tension-applying insulation coating provided on a surface of the base steel sheet, in which, on the surface of the base steel sheet, an arithmetic average roughness Ra along a rolling 90° direction that is a direction perpendicular to a rolling direction is 0.60 μm or less, and when a cross section of the base steel sheet is observed along the rolling 90° direction, recessed parts having a depth of 0.1 μm or more and 2.0 μm or less are present on the surface of the base steel sheet in 1.0/100 μm or more and 6.0/100 μm or less.

Abstract: An electrical steel sheet provides: a steel strip (1) for an electrical steel sheet; and an insulating film (2) formed at a surface of the steel strip (1) and containing metal phosphate and organic resin. At least a part of the metal phosphate includes at least one kind of crystal structure selected from a group consisting of a cubic system, a tetragonal system, a hexagonal system, and an orthorhombic system. The organic resin contains at least one kind selected from a group consisting of an acryl-based resin, an epoxy-based resin, and a polyester resin having a carboxyl group or a hydroxyl group at a surface of an emulsion particle for one part by mass to 50 parts by mass relative to 100 parts by mass of the metal phosphate.

When a glow discharge emission spectroscopy is conducted from a surface of the glass film toward a depth direction, an analysis starting time Ts, a time TAlp at which Al shows a maximum emission intensity, an Al emission intensity F(TAlp) at the TAlp, a time TSip at which Si shows a maximum emission intensity, and an Al emission intensity F(TSip) at the TSip satisfy 0.05≤F(TSip)/F(TAlp)≤0.50 and 2.0≤(TAlp−Ts)/(TSip−Ts)≤5.0.
