摘要: A method of additive manufacturing of a three-dimensional object includes sequentially dispensing and solidifying a plurality of layers. The plurality of layers may be formed with a plurality of different colored model materials, a flexible material arranged in a configured pattern to form a sacrificial structure at least partially encompassing the object, and a soft material. The soft material is arranged in a configured pattern to provide separation between the model material and the sacrificial structure. The plurality of different colored model materials is arranged in a configured pattern corresponding to the shape and color definition of the object.

摘要: The invention provides new devices for implantation in a patient having irregular textured surfaces, which devices show significantly improved cellular response compared to conventional smooth and textured implants, indicating that significantly improved biocompatibility would be achieved in vivo. 摘要: Systems and methods in which a material or materials (e.g., a viscous material) are printed or otherwise transferred onto an intermediate substrate at a printing unit(s). The intermediate substrate having an image of material printed thereon is subsequently transferred to a sample building unit, and the image of material is transferred from the intermediate substrate to a sample at the sample building unit. Optionally, the printing unit(s) includes a coating system that creates a uniform layer of the material on a donor substrate, and the material is transferred from the donor substrate onto the intermediate substrate at the printing unit(s). Each of the printing units may employ a variety of printing or other transfer technologies. The system may also include material curing, heating, sintering, ablating, material filling, imaging and cleaning units to aid in the overall process.

摘要: Polishing articles and methods of manufacturing polishing articles used in polishing processes and cleaning processes are provided. More particularly, implementations disclosed herein relate to composite polishing articles having tunable properties such as hydrophilicity and zeta potential. 3D printed chemical-mechanical planarization (CMP) pads composed of UV curable acrylic chemistry are generally hydrophobic in nature. Such hydrophobic behavior affects the wetting properties with abrasive-based polishing slurries such as ceria-base slurries. However, in order to increase the planarization and removal rate while decreasing defects, hydrophilic pads are preferred. In addition, it is desirable that the zeta potential (Zp) of the pads be tunable over a wide range of conditions at different pH values. Implementations of the present disclosure include methods for increasing the hydrophilicity and tuning the Zp of the pads with anionic additives and pads produced using these methods.

摘要: A method of manufacturing a pallet for use during manufacture of a printed circuit board assembly includes determining optimal solder flow for establishing connections between lead pins of a plurality of pin-through-hole components arranged on a circuit board, designing a pallet to include geometries configured to provide the optimal solder flow when the pallet, supporting the circuit board thereon, is passed through a wave solder machine, and creating the pallet based on the design. Pallets configured for optimal solder flow and methods of manufacturing printed circuit board assemblies using such pallet are also provided.

(A) an organopolysiloxane represented by the following general formula (1)
wherein each R1 independently represents a group selected from a monovalent aliphatic hydrocarbon group having 1 to 10 carbon atoms, an acryloyl group, a methacryloyl group, an alkyl acrylate group and an alkyl methacrylate group, while the component (A) has per molecule at least two groups selected from an acryloyl group, a methacryloyl group, an alkyl acrylate group and an alkyl methacrylate group; n represents a number satisfying 10≤n≤1,000;
(B) a monofunctional (meth)acrylate compound having no siloxane structure; and/or (C) a multifunctional (meth)acrylate compound having no siloxane structure; and
(D) a photopolymerization initiator.
