摘要: There is provided a small-sized HUD device having a high image display reliability and a high thermal reliability. A HUD device 1 includes: an image display unit 2 including a display panel (liquid crystal panel) 22 that displays an image, and an optical system 3 that projects image light of the displayed image onto a windshield of a vehicle, in which a virtual image of the image is visually recognized by light reflected off the windshield. In the image display unit 2, an effective display region 22a that displays the image is set to a region on a side close to one end of the display panel 22. The optical system 3 includes a first reflector 31 that reflects the image light emitted from the image display unit 2 and a second reflector 32 that reflects the reflected light of the first reflector 31 toward the windshield. The image display unit 2 is disposed to face the first reflector 31, and the display panel 22 is disposed in an attitude in which the one end faces the second reflector 32 side.

摘要: There is provided a head-up display for a vehicle having a window. The head-up display comprises a picture generating unit (410) and an optical system (420). The picture generating unit is arranged to output pictures. The optical system is arranged to receive the pictures output by the picture generating unit and project the pictures onto the window (430) of the vehicle to form a virtual image (450, 707) of each picture within a virtual image area (605). The picture generating unit is arranged to output pictures within a cropped picture area such that the virtual image area (605) has a corresponding cropped shape. FIG. 7 illustrates a perspective view of a three lanes road (501,502,503) onto which a virtual image (707) within a cropped virtual image area (605) is overlaid.

摘要: There is provided ahead-up display in a vehicle arranged to display a picture, the head-up display comprises a first optical sub-system disposed in an upper region of the windscreen and a second optical sub-system disposed underneath the dashboard of the vehicle proximate a lower region of the windscreen. The first optical sub-system is arranged to output a light field. The first optical sub-system comprises a light source and a spatial light modulator. The light source is arranged to emit light. The spatial light modulator is arranged to receive the light from the light source and spatially-modulated the light in accordance with a computer-generated hologram displayed on the spatial light modulator. The second optical sub-system is arranged to receive the light field from the first optical sub-system and project the light field onto a windscreen of the vehicle to form a virtual image on the windscreen.

摘要: The disclosure relates to a device for recognizing an intention of a driver for a lane change assistant in an at least partially autonomous motor vehicle, a corresponding system, and a method and computer program. It is provided that steering of a driver does not directly cause lateral acceleration, as is currently the case, but rather serves the vehicle as an input medium for the intention of the driver to imminently initiate lateral acceleration, for example a turn-off procedure or a change of travel lane. As a result of the signal from the control element, a safe, drivable trajectory that will subsequently be traveled automatically by the vehicle is calculated. This may also include more complex driving maneuvers, such as a change of multiple travel lanes. As a result, driving is made more convenient and safer.

摘要: A head-up display device that is configured to allow a driver to intuitively recognize a plurality of objects sequentially along a travel route of a vehicle while projecting a video onto an image forming plane that has a length in the vertical direction shorter than a length in the horizontal direction. An optical processor of the head-up display device obtains from a controller a first image signal based on the nearest road sign information and a second image signal based on the following road sign information along the travel route. The optical processor causes line segment objects as well as information objects generated from the first image signal and the second image signal, respectively, to be displayed on an image forming plane.

摘要: A display control ECU includes an information acquisition section and a display control section. The information acquisition section acquires information relating to a peripheral target object that is present ahead of the vehicle and in a subject vehicle lane in which the vehicle is currently traveling, and information relating to an object requiring caution that is present outside of the subject vehicle lane and having implications for control during the autonomous driving. The display control section displays an image of the peripheral target object, regarding which information has been acquired by the information acquisition section on a heads-up display provided inside a cabin of the vehicle, and additionally displays on the heads-up display an image of the object requiring caution in a case in which information relating to the object requiring caution has been acquired by the information acquisition section.
