    摘要: A closed loop control system for a fuel pump based on characteristics of speed, pressure, and current. The pressure generated by the pump system is increased at the point in time when the pump system is working against a dead head system (i.e., coasting) to a level that a calibration valve is opened to a determined working point. By measuring the characteristic phase current as a function of the speed, the characteristic is able to be compared, with the pre-calibrated value of the hardware to perform an error compensation algorithm. The error compensation is overlaid with the standard pressure characteristic as a function of speed and phase current, and uses the pre-calibrated opening pressure value (i.e., the inflection point) of the calibration valve and/or in addition the change of the speed to the initial (first calibration), or to a sliding average therefrom.

    摘要: A hydraulic assembly includes a pump that is bi-rotationally driven by an output shaft of a transmission or transaxle and a hydraulic circuit that includes a pressure actuated control valve and a plurality of check valves. The check valves are arranged so that, regardless of the direction of rotation of the pump, the suction side of the pump is always in fluid communication with a sump and the pressure side of the pump is always in fluid communication with one of the inlet ports of the spool valve. In one direction of rotation of the pump, pressure in a line is supplied to a control port of a control valve to translate a control element to connect an outlet of the pump to the fluid system of the transmission or transaxle. In the other direction of rotation, no pressure is supplied to the control port and the control element, biased by a spring, connects the other outlet of the pump to the fluid system of the transmission.

    摘要: A motor-driven fluid pump has a positive displacement rotary pumping element with an offset circular cam carried outwardly of the element, the cam being rotated with the pumping element by contact with pistons carried radially by the pumping element. Ends of the pistons are spherical and bear directly on the cam's inner surface. During breaking in of each pump, the piston ends wear a single concave groove in the inner surface of the cam, which helps to stabilize the pistons. The pump maintains a constant mass flow rate for a given input command by adjusting for fluid type, measured fluid operating temperature, and changing motor speed. The pump also maintains a constant flow output for its life by adjusting for internal wear; it also predicts its remaining life by comparing its current motor speed for a given flow against the maximum allowable motor speed.

The pump has a simple structure, high efficiency, low cost, multiple operation conditions, high stability, and a long service life, can operate in a high-speed/ultra-high speed range without being sealed by an elastic device, and has a small radial impact in operation.

    摘要: A highly efficient two-stroke internal combustion engine with free pistons and a simple torquing vane device instead of a crankshaft is provided. Inside the motor, hydraulic oil is used to transmit power from the piston to the torquing vane device. The engine must have at least two cylinders. The cylinders have a special shape to allow the use of valves for a continuous production of torque and power. The use of solenoids and an electronic control unit coupled with a microprocessor are given to this invention a series of advantages that a regular engine available in the open market does not have. This engine produces high torque and is suitable for any duty use. The use of hydraulic oil will guaranty a smooth, fluent and quiet operation, lubricating and protecting all components inside the motor and a total distribution of temperature along all mechanisms thus a long life.
