Abstract: An applicator for a skin care product is provided, together with a cosmetic skin care product comprising an applicator and a skin care composition, and a method of using the applicator to regulate a skin condition. The applicator has a substrate with a magnetic array printed thereon, the magnetic array having at least one layer of one or more dipolar pairs of alternating magnetic poles. The applicator further has a vibration source. The magnetic field strength generated by the magnetic array is at its maximum at the poles. When activated, the vibration source causes side to side movement of the applicator, meaning that the full magnetic field is experienced by all diamagnetic materials to which the applicator is applied.

Abstract: A device and method for the enhancement of performing fellatio is described. The device includes a bulbous member, a hose member, and a plurality of band members. The band members surround the shaft of the penis and are configured to route or locate the hose member. The hose member is positioned toward the glans of the penis. The bulbous member is filled with a liquid that is selectively dispensed by either participating party during fellatio. The liquid is routed to the glans for dispersion into the performer's mouth to be mixed with ejaculate. The liquid alters the taste of the ejaculate to enhance the fellatio experience for the performer.

Abstract: Systems and methods for nasal irrigation are provided in which a nasal irrigation device includes a source of saline solution, an effluent receptacle, a nasal interface, a vacuum source, a fluid passageway to communicate the source of saline solution with the effluent receptacle through the nasal interface and a nasal cavity of a user, and a switch and valve assembly for selectively controlling the vacuum source and flow of the saline solution through the fluid passageway. The source of saline solution is disposed relative to the device to provide gravitational inducement of the saline solution to the nasal interface in engagement to the device user's nostrils. A combination of the gravitational inducement and a relative vacuum from the effluent receptacle generates a fluid flow for irrigating, cleansing and massaging the nasal cavity and ostia of the user. The entire device is assembled as a hand-held device for convenient lifting and disposal against the user's nostrils.

Abstract: A dermatological skin treatment device is provided. The device comprises a handpiece and a cutting tool, wherein the tool is inserted through the conduit and percutaneously inserted into a tissue disposed within a recessed area of the handpiece. The device and method cut the fibrous structures under the skin that cause cellulite at an angle substantially parallel to the surface of the skin and replace these structures with a non-cellulite forming structure by deploying a highly fibrous mesh through a single needle hole to create a highly fibrous layer directly or through wound healing processes.
