摘要: According to one embodiment, a semiconductor device includes a semiconductor layer; a plurality of semiconductor regions; second semiconductor region; a first electrode being positioned between the plurality of first semiconductor regions, the first electrode contacting with the semiconductor layer, each of the plurality of first semiconductor regions, and the second semiconductor region via a first insulating film; a second electrode provided below the first electrode, and contacting with the semiconductor layer via a second insulating film; an insulating layer interposed between the first electrode and the second electrode; a third electrode electrically connected to the semiconductor layer; and a fourth electrode connected to the second semiconductor region. The first electrode has a first portion and a pair of second portions. And each of the pair of second portions is provided along the first insulating film.

摘要: Imaging signal obtained through exposure for divided exposure times is A/D converted to digital imaging signal. Dark current component is subtracted from the digital imaging signal. The result of subtraction is accumulated and stored in a first memory. Next, exposure for divided exposure times is performed with the imaging device shielded from light. The obtained imaging signal is A/D converted to digital imaging signal. Dark current component is subtracted from the digital imaging signal. The result of subtraction is accumulated and stored sequentially in a second memory. The digital imaging signal stored in the second memory is subtracted from the digital imaging signal stored in the first memory. Then the result of subtraction is output. The word length allocated to one pixel in the first and second memories is longer than the word length of one A/D converted pixel.

摘要: Nucleic acid sequences coding for the chondroitinase ABC gene and isolated chondroitinase ABE protein produced in a host cell transformed with a nucleic acid vector directing the expression of a nucleotide sequence coding for chondroitinase ABE protein described. Chondroitinase ABC prepared by chemical synthesis also described. Monoclonal and polyclonal antibodies which are specifically reactive with chondroitinase ABC protein are disclosed. The isolated chondroitinase ABC can be used in methods of treating intervertebral disc replacement, promoting neurite regeneration, and detecting galactosaminoglycans.

摘要: In a high speed image capturing state, a camera signal processing circuit is not needed to perform a signal process at a high screen rate, but at a regular screen rate. In the high speed image capturing mode, raw data of 240 fps received from an image sensor 101 are recorded on a recording device 111 through a conversion processing section 201 and a recording device controlling circuit 210. Raw data that have been decimated and size-converted are supplied to a camera signal processing circuit 203 through a pre-processing circuit 202 and an image being captured is displayed on a display section 112 with a signal for which a camera process has been performed. In a reproducing state, raw data are read from the recording device 111 at a low screen rate according to a display performance of the display section 112 and the raw data that have been read are processed are processed by the pre-processing circuit 202 and the camera signal processing circuit 203 and a reproduced image is displayed by the display section 112.

摘要: An image processing apparatus includes: imaging means for capturing an image of an object of shooting; defective-position storing means for storing a position of a defective pixel of the imaging means; arraying means for arraying a plurality of pixels in a certain range of the vicinity of a noticed pixel of the image of the object of shooting output by the imaging means; when the noticed pixel is the defective pixel, prediction-pixel obtaining means for obtaining prediction pixels located at relative positions predetermined with respect to the noticed pixel and to be used for correcting the defective pixel out of the arrayed pixels; prediction-coefficient supplying means for supplying prediction coefficients corresponding to the prediction pixels; and calculation means for calculating a correction value of the noticed pixel by the sum of the products of the prediction pixels and the prediction coefficients.

摘要: A printing control system includes a drawing unit, a block data generating unit and a controlling unit. The drawing unit sets a drawing region in which a region of an original image falls, and draws the original image in the drawing region so that a center of the region of the original image is in coincidence with a center of the drawing region. The block data generating unit divides the drawing region into a plurality of blocks, each block having a size and shape identical to one another, and generates block data representative of the plurality of blocks. The controlling unit performs an image processing on a block data basis to generate print data. The image processing includes a rotating processing for rotating each block.

摘要: When color correction is performed on a particular color of a video signal, in order to change a color correction amount according to image-taking circumstances or capture video images without influencing colors not to be corrected, image-taking mode information containing information on particular colors determined according to predetermined image-taking conditions is set. There are provided selection means for selecting desired image-taking mode information from the image-taking mode information, and storage means for storing color convergence parameter values containing position data indicative of a position of a predetermined color in a color-difference plane, correction range setting data for setting to a correction range a predetermined range centered at the position of the predetermined color, and convergence coefficient data for converging a particular color corresponding to the correction range to the position indicative of the predetermined color. Color convergence parameter values for the corresponding particular color from the storage means is selected and set on the basis of the selected image-taking mode information, and a particular color in a video signal is corrected into the predetermined color on the basis of a correction amount calculated on the basis of the set color convergence parameter values.
