    摘要: A gas discharge laser crystallization apparatus and method for performing a transformation of a crystal makeup or orientation in a film on a workpiece is disclosed, which may comprise a master oscillator power amplifier MOPA or power oscillator power amplifier configured XeF laser system producing a laser output light pulse beam at a high repetition rate and high power with a pulse to pulse dose control; an optical system producing an elongated thin pulsed working beam from the laser output light pulse beam. The apparatus may further comprise the laser system is configured as a POPA laser system and further comprising: relay optics operative to direct a first output laser light pulse beam from a first laser PO unit into a second laser PA unit; and, a timing and control module timing the creation of a gas discharge in the first and second laser units within plus or minus 3 ns, to produce the a second laser output light pulse beam as an amplification of the first laser output light pulse beam. The system may comprise divergence control in the oscillator laser unit. Divergence control may comprise an unstable resonator arrangement. The system may further comprise a beam pointing control mechanism intermediate the laser and the workpiece and a beam position control mechanism intermediate the laser and the workpiece. Beam parameter metrology may provide active feedback control to the beam pointing mechanism and active feedback control to the beam position control mechanism.

    摘要: A material supply for a material application system such as a powder coating application system includes a feed hopper in the form of a duct. The duct is connectable to negative pressure during a color change process and is disconnected from the negative pressure during a spray application process. The negative pressure can be provided from a powder overspray recovery system such as an after filter blower. Dampers are provided to control air flow through the hopper duct and to allow the duct to be at ambient pressure during a supply mode of operation. The hopper duct also includes a suction interface for pumps, in the form of a siphon ring, as well as a fluidizing function. A removable sieve is provided with an optional vibration feature. Powder may be added to the duct via an access door or transfer pumps for new powder and/or reclaimed powder overspray.

    摘要: A kit for repairing a worn out of round aperture. The kit includes a template which is later utilized as a part of the repair. In a first embodiment, the template is precisely located by means of utilizing the bottom of the aperture which does not become out of round as does the upper portion thereof and is fixedly attached to the structure containing the out of round aperture. A sacrificial pin is inserted in the out of round aperture, centered therein by means of the bottom non-out of round portion and adhered thereto. A drill is then passed through the boring guide enlarging the out of round aperture to a true round bore and the sacrificial pin is drilled out at the same time. The boring guide is then removed and an enlarged precision pin is inserted into the re-bored aperture. The new pin is fixedly secured in the new aperture by any convenient means such as peening between the pin outer surface and the adjacent structure. In a second embodiment, a similar process using the boring guide and drill to enlarge an out of precision aperture and installing an insert to return the aperture to the original internal diameter.

    摘要: An injected blow molded container for use with a removable lid member is disclosed. The container has a circular base and a sidewall extending from the outer circumference of the base to the upper rim of the container. A method for the manufacture of the injected blow molded container having a tapered lip is also disclosed. The mold assembly includes a moveable core that engages with an injection mold assembly and a blow mold assembly to form the containers of the invention.
