    摘要: An object is to provide a video recording/playing apparatus for facilitating recording/playing of motion pictures. The configuration is provided with, at least, a video input device for inputting analog motion pictures (video), a video capture device for digitizing the motion pictures inputted through the video input device and recording the digitized motion pictures and, at the same time, for converting the motion pictures inputted through the video input device into compressed motion pictures capable of being played in a high compression ratio and in a high picture quality and recording the compressed motion pictures, an information extracting device for extracting arbitrary information from the non-compressed motion pictures captured by the video capture device, a correspondence information generating device for associating the information extracted by the information extracting device with the compressed motion pictures captured by the video capture device, an input device for designating a result of the correspondence, and a compressed video playing device for playing the compressed motion pictures.

    摘要: In a power steering apparatus for a small vessel, an electrically driven assist device (26) and a helm pump (27) formed of a swash plate type axial piston pump are arranged in parallel on a common base (28). The electrically driven assist device (26) and the helm pump 27 are connected through a transmission system (34) under the common base 28 and integrated into a steering oil pressure generating unit (6) functioning as the power steering apparatus. The electrically driven assist device (26) is carried on an instrument panel (3). The parallel arrangement of the electrically driven assist device (26) and the helm pump (27) allows the steering oil pressure generating device (6) to be reduced in vertical length, so that it is possible to shorten the distance between the instrument panel (3) and a bottom (2) of the vessel and to lower positions of a handle and an operator's seat, thereby realizing the low center of gravity.

The shaping process includes the steps of shaping the lead wires into bent form by using a stairstep conductor shaping jig under conditions where the lead wires are separated from one another along a direction generally perpendicular to the plane in which the lead wires are initially aligned, and causing the lead wires to return to positions in the initial alignment plane thereof by removing the stairstep conductor shaping jig.
