摘要： The invention provides a breast pump capable of effectively preventing the occurrence of leaking of breast milk from a milk expressing section having an enlarged diameter during expression of milk, and also effectively preventing the loss of negative pressure due to leaking. A breast pump has an accommodating vessel for collecting breast milk; a breast pump main body which generates negative pressure for expressing milk; an enlarged-diameter milk expressing section having an enlarged diameter for abutting against a breast of a user; and a shock absorbing section, at least a portion of which abuts against a breast of a user by being formed in a substantially circular trumpet shape following an opening section of the enlarged-diameter milk expressing section, wherein the shock absorbing section includes an abutting section which abuts against an areola of the user and a tight contact section which makes tight contact with the user's breast.

摘要： According to one embodiment, in a semiconductor apparatus, a semiconductor substrate has a first surface and a second surface opposite to the first surface. A semiconductor device is formed in a rectangular region enclosed by a plurality of dicing lines of the semiconductor substrate. The semiconductor device includes a first electrode provided on the first surface and a second electrode provided on the second surface so as to pass a current between the first electrode and the second electrode. A penetration electrode is formed in a region not enclosed by the dicing lines of the semiconductor substrate. One end of the penetration electrode extends on the first surface. The other end of the penetration electrode is electrically connected to the second electrode.

摘要： A component-incorporated wiring substrate is provided. Some embodiments include a plate-like component incorporated in a core substrate and a build-up layer having an insulation layer and a conductor layer disposed in alternating layers. The component has terminal electrodes formed at its opposite ends having a side surface and a main surface. An insulation layer disposed on the main surface of the component has via conductors formed therein which are connected to the side surfaces and the main surfaces of the respective terminal electrodes. The via conductors are tapered, such that their via diameter decreases in a direction toward the terminal electrode, and their via diameter at a position where they connect to the main surface is greater than a length of the main surface. Accordingly, the area of connection between the via conductors and the corresponding terminal electrodes is increased, improving connection reliability through enhancement of tolerance for positional deviation.

摘要： A composition for treating hearing loss includes components that function through different biological mechanisms to provide an additive effect that is greater than the effect of the individual components alone. The composition includes a biologically effective amount of vitamin E for inhibiting propagation of lipid peroxidation that contributes to hearing loss. The composition also includes a biologically effective amount of a salicylate for reducing hydroxyl radicals that contribute to hearing loss. A method of treating hearing loss includes the step of internally administering the composition, as described above, to a mammal within three days of trauma to a middle or inner ear of the mammal. In other words, the composition is effective even when administered as late as three days after trauma to a middle or inner ear of a mammal.
