    摘要: The invention is directed to improvement of reliability of a chip size package type semiconductor device in a manufacturing method thereof. A support body is formed on a front surface of a semiconductor substrate with a first insulation film therebetween. Then, a part of the semiconductor substrate is selectively etched from its back surface to form an opening, and then a second insulation film is formed on the back surface. Next, the first insulation film and the second insulation film at a bottom of the opening are selectively etched, to expose pad electrodes at the bottom of the opening. Then, a third resist layer is selectively formed on a second insulation film at boundaries between sidewalls and the bottom of the opening on the back surface of the semiconductor substrate. Furthermore, a wiring layer electrically connected with the pad electrodes at the bottom of the opening and extending onto the back surface of the semiconductor substrate is selectively formed corresponding to a predetermined pattern.

    摘要: There is provided a vehicle communication device and a computer program that can avoid a dangerous situation generated when a driver performs an operation such as selection of a vehicle to which notification information is to be sent when communication is made between vehicles and improve safety. A plurality of imaging devices are arranged around a vehicle. The vehicle communication device detects the circumstance of its own vehicle, and refers to a predetermined table based on the detected circumstance, to determine the notification information to be sent and the direction to confirm the existence of other vehicles, and transmits the notification information to the other vehicles detected by the imaging device for detecting the vehicle in the detected direction.

    摘要: A solar cell comprises a substrate, and a metal electrode layer, a p-i-n junction, and a transparent electrode layer which are successively laminated on the substrate. The p-i-n junction comprises an n layer, an i layer, and a p layer which are laminated in this order. The i layer is made of an amorphous iron silicide film containing hydrogen in accordance with the present invention, and is formed on the n layer by supplying an iron vapor into a plasma of a material gas in which a silane type gas and a hydrogen gas are mixed. In the i layer, dangling bonds of silicon atoms and/or iron atoms are terminated with hydrogen, whereby a number of trap levels which may occur in the amorphous iron silicide film are eliminated.
