Abstract: An antenna device includes a power supply coil including wire patterns provided on or in magnetic layers and antenna coils including wire patterns provided on or in the magnetic layers. The power supply coil and the antenna coils include coil winding axes thereof coinciding with a lamination direction of the magnetic layers and generate magnetic field coupling to each other. The power supply coil is located on an inner side portion relative to the antenna coils when seen in the lamination direction. At least portions of the antenna coils are located on outer side portions relative to the power supply coil in the lamination direction. With this, an antenna device and a communication apparatus capable of communicating with a communication party reliably without forming an unnecessary communication path with a party-side coil are provided.

Abstract: A signal transmission cable as a signal transmission component includes a laminate including a first thin portion on one of the opposite ends in a first direction and a second thin portion on the other end in the first direction. A portion between the first thin portion and the second thin portion in the laminate is a main line portion. The thickness of the first and second thin portions is thinner than the thickness of the main line portion. The surface on one end in the thickness direction of the laminate defined by the main line portion and the first and second thin portions is a continuous flat surface. A connector for external connection is arranged on the surfaces of the first and second thin portions, on the sides in which each of the thin portions and the main line portion have a difference in level.

Abstract: An antenna device includes a feed coil and a sheet conductor. The feed coil includes a magnetic core and a coil-shaped conductor, which is provided around the magnetic core. An RFIC is connected to the feed coil. The sheet conductor has a larger area than the feed coil. A slit that extends from a portion of the edge of the sheet conductor toward the inner side of the sheet conductor is provided in the sheet conductor. The feed coil is arranged such that the direction of the axis around which the feed coil is disposed is parallel or substantially parallel to the directions in which the sheet conductor extends. The feed coil is arranged such that the feed coil is close to the slit and one of coil openings at the ends of the feed coil faces the slit.

Abstract: An RFID antenna is arranged in the vicinity of a metal portion of and on an outer surface side of a casing of a communication terminal device. The RFID antenna includes a magnetic core, and a coil conductor that is wound around the magnetic core. The coil conductor includes a first conductor portion positioned on a first main surface side of the magnetic core and a second conductor portion positioned on the second main surface side of the magnetic core and arranged at a different position than the first conductor portion when viewed in plan from the direction of the first and second main surfaces, and the coil conductor is arranged such that the first main surface side of the magnetic core is on the metal portion side and such that the first conductor portion of the coil conductor faces a leading end portion of the casing.

Abstract: An antenna device includes a resin multilayer board in which a plurality of resin sheets are stacked, and a coil conductor provided in the resin multilayer board. A plurality of line portions of the coil conductor are provided on a lower surface of the resin sheet. When a magnetic material core is preliminarily pressure-bonded to the resin sheet, the magnetic material core is fractured along the line portions and cracks occur. Thus, the resin sheet with the magnetic material core in which the cracks have been formed is fully pressure-bonded together with the other resin sheets.

Abstract: Provided is an LC composite component having a multi-layer substrate, a pattern coil, and a chip capacitive element. The multi-layer substrate is configured such that insulating layers are stacked. The pattern coil forms a coiled shape of which the coil axis extends along a stacking direction of the multi-layer substrate, and includes a coil conductor disposed between the insulating layers. The chip capacitive element includes a ceramic body having a relative permittivity higher than that of the insulating layers and counter electrodes. The chip capacitive element is at least partially disposed within the pattern coil.
