摘要: In order to shift a rotation angle of a rotor to a region of a normal mode (for example, a region c) from a region of a heater cut mode (for example, a region e), the rotation angle needs to pass through a region where a flow rate of a refrigerant which is caused to flow through all branch channels becomes zero (a region d). When the refrigerant has a high temperature, there is a possibility of the refrigerant being not cooled, and boiling. Therefore, when a request to switch a normal mode and a heater cut mode is issued, permission/non-permission of switch of the mode is determined by comparison of a temperature of the refrigerant detected by the temperature sensor 26 and an upper limit temperature of the refrigerant.

摘要: A refrigeration cycle device includes an air heat exchanger that heats air to be blown into an interior of a vehicle compartment using refrigerant discharged from a compressor, a high-stage side expansion valve decompressing the refrigerant flowing out of the air heat exchanger, and a battery heat exchanger that heats air to be blown to a battery using the refrigerant decompressed by the high-stage side expansion valve. In an air heating-warming up mode of heating the air for the interior and the air for the battery, a refrigerant discharge capacity of the compressor is controlled such that an air temperature for the interior approaches a target air temperature, and an opening degree of the high-stage side expansion valve is controlled such that a battery temperature becomes within a predetermined reference temperature range. A selector switch allows a passenger to select which operation of air conditioning or warming-up is prioritized.

摘要: Methods and systems are provided for controlling an air conditioning system of a motor vehicle. In one example, a cabin of the vehicle may be heated firstly to a first temperature by flowing coolant to a heat exchanger, coolant may be diverted away from the heat exchanger and toward the engine in order to increase a temperature of the engine, and the coolant may then flow again to the heat exchanger in order to heat the cabin to a second temperature. An amount of fuel savings resulting from heating the engine by diverting coolant away from the heat exchanger may be displayed to an operator of the vehicle via a display device.

摘要: A wireless system for monitoring and control of the temperature of a product in transport includes a controller system wirelessly connected to a temperature system and a valve control system. The temperature system measures the current temperature of the product and wirelessly transmits the temperature information to the controller system. The valve control system controls the position of a valve allowing heated fluid to move through the product, heating the product. The controller system allows an operator to input a high temperature limit and low temperature limit and alarm, and using the current temperature of the product, wirelessly signals the valve control system to open or close the valve in order to keep the temperature of the product between the high temperature limit and low temperature limit. The controller system monitors and records the product temperature, high and low temperature limits and alarms, and provides a report of the data.

摘要: An air conditioning system for hybrid vehicles includes a control unit configured to re-operate an engine if an engine cooling water temperature is reduced to a lower limit value or less after entry into a motor drive mode, and configured to stop the engine if the engine cooling water temperature is increased to an upper limit value or more. The control unit is configured to change the upper limit value and the lower limit value depending on a target air injection temperature calculated according to an internal/external temperature condition and a user-set temperature so that, in the motor drive mode, a re-operation time point of the engine is actively changed according to the target air injection temperature.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to a thermal dissipation system of an electric vehicle that includes: a heat exchanger arranged at the front part of the electric vehicle for providing heating or cooling to an air conditioning system of the electric vehicle; a first heat sink and a second heat sink, which are respectively arranged at the two sides of the front part of the heat exchanger; a number of rotatable and adjustable air deflectors for changing the flow direction of the air flowing through the heat dissipation system. Temperature sensors are included within the thermal dissipation system for sensing the working temperatures and the environmental temperatures of a battery pack and a motor of the electric vehicle. Opening and closing states of the air deflectors are adjusted in accordance with data provided by the temperature sensors.

摘要: A ventilation system for a passenger transit vehicle that comprises a passenger compartment. The ventilation system comprises a variable speed fan for providing outside air to the passenger compartment, wherein within a given ambient temperature range, the speed of the variable speed fan is controlled such that the air speed produced by the variable speed fan increases with increasing ambient temperature. The ventilation system further comprises a duct system fluidly connecting the variable speed fan to an air diffuser that directs the air from the variable speed fan towards the passengers within the passenger compartment. The cross sectional area of the duct system decreases along its length for providing substantially constant air pressure along its length. The ventilation system is able to provide outside air into the passenger compartment at an air flow speed of greater than 0.15 m/s.

摘要: An electric vehicle thermal management system and an electric vehicle using the thermal management system, wherein a passenger cabin is heated by the heat dissipated from a battery and/or a motor, and the battery and the electric motor are connected in different cooling paths. Heat is supplied to the passenger cabin by using the heat absorbed by cooling liquid from the battery and/or the motor, so that the electric power of the electric vehicle can be effectively utilized to increase the endurance mileage of the electric vehicle.
