摘要: The present invention relates to a system for monitoring tension forces of tendons in post-tensioning that accurately measures the tension forces of the tendons and/or controls the tension forces introduced into the tendons through a main server, thereby allowing the tension forces to be applied uniformly to the tendons.According to the present invention, there is provided the system for monitoring tension forces of tendons disposed inside a concrete structure in post-tensioning, the system including: a hydraulic jack coupled to one tendon at one end of the concrete structure to apply the tension force to the tendon by means of the forward movement of a piston; a hydraulic pump connected to the hydraulic jack by means of a hydraulic pressure supply pipe to supply a hydraulic pressure to the hydraulic jack; a digital elongation length measurement sensor disposed on the hydraulic jack to measure the elongation length of the piston; a measurement unit having a data logger adapted to receive and store the elongation length data measured by the digital elongation length measurement sensor and to send the elongation length data to a main server; a digital pressure measurement sensor disposed on the hydraulic pressure supply pipe of the hydraulic pump; and a control module adapted to receive the elongation length data from the data logger or the main server, calculate the tension force, compensate for the coefficient of elasticity of the tendon according to the ratio of the real-time elongation length data to the pressure data, and compensate for the tension force calculated.

摘要: A hydraulic model of the network is used that describes the structural data and the laws governing the distributed flows. The model is fed with operational data relative to primary input parameters and, using the model, theoretical values are obtained for primary output parameters. The theoretical values are compared with measured values. In case of a significant deviation, the corresponding primary output parameter becomes a secondary input parameter in an inverse model including new secondary output parameters, which are added relative to the direct model and which correspond to primary input parameters. The secondary output parameters are, by priority, those to which the primary output parameter exhibiting the abnormal value is particularly sensitive. If necessary, the method is implemented iteratively by progressively restricting the number of the secondary output parameters.

摘要: A multi-channel pressure measuring device includes a plurality of sample conduits and a plurality of sample inlets. Each sample inlet is configured to receive a respective sample conduit. The sample conduit is configured to channel a sample fluid and an incidental fluid through a respective sample inlet. The multi-channel pressure measuring device also includes a sample block including a plurality of collection wells coupled to the sample inlets. Each collection well includes a diameter larger than a diameter of a respective sample inlet. The sample block is fabricated from at least one of a transparent material and a translucent material. The multi-channel pressure measuring device further includes a plurality of filter indicator elements. Each filter indicator element is positioned within a respective collection well. Each filter indicator element is configured to retain the incidental fluid therewithin and to indicate a presence of the retained incidental fluid.

摘要: A pressure differential indicator that eliminates the risk of providing a false positive due to fluid contamination. The invention has an electrically insulated barrier between the “hot” pin and the grounded housing without the need for a hermetic seal. The indicator can be manufactured at a greater efficiency and lower cost than is found with prior art pressure differential indicators. It has a piston that can be easily oriented to yield either a normally closed or normally open position. The indicator has at least one protrusion on a plastic overmold to engage the swage collar and resist axial rotation of the pin. A pressure seal interrupting the plastic overmold sections and exposing the underlying metal to allow for an O-ring seal with no potential leak path between plastic and metal. Finally, the pressure differential indicator has all moving components contained within a single cavity.

摘要: A fire extinguisher includes a container that has a chamber for holding a fire-extinguishing agent. The container also includes a domed top portion and recessed bottom portion. The domed top portion includes a valve port, and the recessed bottom portion has an edge for standing the container generally upright. The fire extinguisher also includes a valve attached to the valve port of the container and a dispenser attached to the container for operating the valve. The dispenser also includes a handle and a pivotable trigger. Further, the fire extinguisher includes a gauge mounted within the recessed bottom portion of the container. The gauge is configured to display at least one characteristic of the chamber of the container. Also, the gauge is mounted above the edge of the recessed bottom portion.
