摘要: An video analysis computing system driving analysis may include a camera associated with a first vehicle and having a viewing angle capable of capturing a video of one or more other vehicles in proximity to the first vehicle, a first memory location communicatively coupled to the camera, wherein the first memory location stores video data captured by the camera, and an evaluation module including a processor executing instructions that cause the processor to: evaluate the captured video stored in the first memory location to determine whether a driving event performed by a second vehicle has occurred, assign, in response to an identified driving event performed by the second vehicle, a driving event rating to a video showing the identified driving event, wherein the driving event rating may be calculated, at least in part, using a crowd-sourced driving event rating obtained after posting the video to a social network.

摘要: Problem: To provide an autonomous driving indication system that allows a pedestrian or another vehicle to clearly discriminate driving states of an autonomous driving vehicle and provide a vehicle communication system capable of sending an appropriate message to a pedestrian from a vehicle according to the probability of the pedestrian crossing the road.
Means to Solve the Problem: Left and right headlamps (3) are each provided with a first communication lamp (6) and a second communication lamp (7) for indicating an autonomous driving state of a vehicle (1). The first and second communication lamps (6) and (7) are each comprised of a plurality of light emitting segments, and each light emitting segment is caused to flash by a lamp ECU. When flashing the light emitting segments, the lamp ECU controls the change in the brightness of the light emitting segments according to the driving state of the vehicle. A vehicle ECU or the lamp ECU is provided with a probability computing unit for calculating the probability that a pedestrian will cross the road, and a control unit for switching the light output of light emitting segments individually or in unison according to the probability.-

摘要: Methods and apparatus are provided for repairing vehicles. A computing device having first and second software executables can determine vehicle identification information (VII) that identifies a vehicle. The computing device can store first and second vehicle identifiers that are based on the VII and are respectively associated with the first and second software executables, where the first vehicle identifier differs from the second vehicle identifier. The computing device can be used to repair the vehicle by at least: receiving a request to activate the first software executable, and activating the first software executable at least by providing the stored first vehicle identifier to the first software executable.

摘要: The present disclosure describes a vehicle implementing one or more processing modules. These modules are configured to connect and interface with the various buses in the vehicle, where the various buses are connected with the various components of the vehicle to facilitate information transfer among the vehicle components. Each processing module is further modularized with the ability to add and replace other functional modules now or in the future. These functional modules can themselves act as distinct vehicle components. Each processing modules may hand-off processing to other modules depending on its health, processing load, or by third-party control. Thus, the plurality of processing modules helps to implement a middleware point of control to the vehicle with redundancy in processing and safety and security awareness in their applications.

摘要: An apparatus is described that receives a brake control signal from the brake controller of a tow vehicle, and displays characteristics of that brake control signal including commanded brake force. The apparatus includes a data processor, brake simulation circuitry, brake integration circuitry, and display circuitry. The brake simulation circuitry sequentially applies several parallel resistors to the brake control signal in response to commands received from the data processor. These parallel resistors cause the load current on the brake controller to ramp up, mimicking the electrical signature of electric trailer brakes. At the same time, the brake integration circuitry integrates the brake control signal. Lastly, the display circuitry displays an indication of a value of the integrated brake control signal.

摘要: An operation management system for a vehicle controllable by an operator to perform various vehicle actions, the system including a processor, a memory, and a human-machine interface. The processor is configured to store, in the memory, sequences of operator initiated vehicle actions, each operator initiated vehicle action corresponding to an operational response of the vehicle. The processor is further configured to receive a new sequence of operator initiated vehicle actions, and compare the operator initiated vehicle actions of the new sequence to the operator initiated vehicle actions of the stored sequences. If the operator initiated vehicle actions of the new sequence correspond to the operator initiated vehicle actions of at least one of the stored sequences, identify a recommended sequence based on at least one of the new sequence or the at least one of the stored sequences.

摘要: A vehicle computer system (e.g., on-board vehicle computer system) obtains a fuel economy performance goal for a vehicle (e.g., an engine speed goal or a vehicle speed goal) that is based on a configuration of the vehicle; calculates a count of events in which a current value exceeds the goal; compares the count of events with a threshold count; and generates one or more notifications based at least in part on the comparison (e.g., for display on an operator interface). The vehicle computer system also calculates an engine speed and a vehicle speed score for a driver of the vehicle based at least in part on comparisons of current speeds with the speed goals. Scoring and other data may be displayed or stored for further processing.
