A startup control method of a BLDC motor is disclosed. The method can control the BLDC motor to prevent the generation of a transient current such that the vibration of the BLDC motor can be reduced at the startup stage and perform a stable conversion into a senseless operation mode such that the startup failure rate of the BLDC motor can be reduced. The startup control method includes commutating a current applied to stator windings according to a rotor position. The method of operating the BLDC motor includes a rotor position that is forcibly aligned and so that phase commutation is performed, a back-electromotive force (back- emf) is detected from a lead voltage of a phase of a voltage which is not applied thereto after performing phase commutation and a determination is performed as to whether the detected back-emf is in a rising interval. The lead voltage of the phase of the voltage which is not applied thereto is integrated, such that if the back-emf is in a rising interval and if an instance that the integration result is greater than a predetermined value a phase commutation time point is setand conversion into a senseless operation mode is performed if the back-emf detected from the lead voltage is in a stable interval, based on a frequency of the voltage applied to the stator winding.

The apparatus comprises: a coating means for thinly coating the surface of a copper foil with a thermoplastic liquid crystal polymer solution; a solvent removal means for drying the coated liquid crystal polymer solution to remove the solvent of the coated solution; and a thermal pressing means for laminating and thermally pressing a thermoplastic liquid crystal polymer film onto the copper foil using heating rolls so as to make a copper clad laminate.

Provided is a parallel data path architecture for high energy efficiency. In this architecture, a plurality of parallel process units and a plurality of function units of the process units are controlled by instructions and processed in parallel to improve performance. Also, since only necessary process units and function units are enabled, power dissipation is reduced to enhance energy efficiency. Further, by use of a simple instruction format, hardware can be programmed as the parallel data path architecture for high energy efficiency, which satisfies both excellent performance and low power dissipation, thus elevating hardware flexibility.

A protein chip of a S—L—SP form wherein a substrate peptide (SP) is immobilized on a solid substrate (S) by the mediation of a linker protein (L). Such chip is usefully employed in a method for analyzing the interaction between a reactive protein and its substrate peptide involving the steps of: adding to the protein chip a reactive protein showing a specific interaction with the substrate protein immobilized on the protein chip; and detecting the interaction between the reactive protein and the substrate peptide. The use of such protein chip and methodology allows an increase in the reactivity between a peptide with low molecular weight and an enzyme with high molecular weight and between the peptide and a reactive antibody on the protein chip, so that the interaction between the peptide and the protein can be analyzed rapidly and massively.

The present method comprises: the first step, conducted by an HLR (Home Location Register), of furnishing a call-originating exchanger with information on whether to replace RBT or not for a terminal if a location request message is received from the call-originating exchanger when a call connection is requested to the terminal; the second step, conducted by the call-originating exchanger, of requesting a trunk connection to a call-terminating exchanger, and further requesting another trunk connection to a sound providing means based on the information and preset routing information while furnishing the sound providing means with information to identify the terminal; and the third step, conducted by the sound providing means, of selecting a sound based on the terminal identifying information, and providing the selected sound for a caller instead of an RBT.

The variable lamination rapid prototyping apparatus of the present invention includes a first feeding means which longitudinally reciprocates a sheet, a second feeding means which is provided under the first feeding means and reciprocates in a direction transverse to the sheet, and a rotating means which is coupled to the second feeding means and rotates around an axis parallel to the transverse direction of the sheet. The apparatus further includes a translation means which is linked to the rotating means, a cutting means which is coupled to the translation means, and a stacking means which subsequently stacks a plurality of cut sheets, thus forming the 3-dimensional object. The apparatus further includes a control means which previously stores data about the object therein and controls the above-mentioned plurality of means based on the data. Because a hot wire is provided in a parallelogram link structure, superior cutting accuracy and the stability are ensured. Furthermore, because the link structure is adjustable in length, it is possible to easily cut a sheet regardless of the size of the sheet.
