摘要: The object of the present invention is to provide a wiring board fabrication process which is, not only so smooth on the surface that a fine wiring pattern can be formed thereon, but also suitable for mounting electronic parts having fine pitch terminals.The present invention is a fabrication process of a wiring board which comprises a wiring conductive line embedded in the surface of an insulating substrate so that the upper face of the conductive line and the surface of the substrate are flat, and a through-hole land which is a conductive portion projected from the surface of the substrate in a through-hole portion, which is characterized in removing the conductive portion projected from the surface of the substrate in the through-hole portion so as to have a flat surface on the surface of the substrate.

摘要: An ocular lens material comprising a copolymer prepared by polymerizing a monomer mixture comprising, as main components, (A) 15 to 40% by mole of a fluoroalkyl (silicon-containing alkyl) fumarate, (B) 35 to 55% by mole of an N-vinyl lactam, (C) 3 to 30% by mole of at least one of acrylic acid and methacrylic acid, and (D) 0.1 to 20% by mole of a crosslinkable monomer. The ocular lens material is excellent in all of transparency, oxygen permeability, mechanical strength and hardness. Further, the material is excellent in hydrophilic property in spite of its low water absorption.

摘要: A process for removing acidic impurities from alkoxysilanes obtained from halogenosilanes and alcohols which inevitable contain small amounts of acidic impurities is described. In the process, at least one member selected from alkali metal salts of alcohols and amines having a great steric hindrance as having a bulky substituent is added to the alkoxysilane for a time sufficient to neutralize the acidic impurities and the mixture is purified by distillation to obtain a substantially acidic impurity-free alkoxysilane.

摘要: The platinum catalyst composition comprises a diolefin component represented by the following general formula:CH.sub.2 .dbd.CH--R--CH.dbd.CH.sub.2wherein R is a divalent saturated hydrocarbon radical, and a platinum compound component. The platinum catalyst composition is extremely useful for hydrosilylation of an organosilicon compound having a .tbd.SiH radical with an olefin. When used for the hydrosilylation reaction, it inhibits effectively the isomerization of the starting material olefin, thereby enabling the intended organosilicon compound to be obtained in a high yield.

This configuration provides an angular velocity sensor, in which a problem such that Y-axis-direction and Z-axis-direction vibrations applied from the outside cannot be damped is eliminated, and all the vibrations in three axis directions can be damped.

摘要: An image processing device with a configuration enabling generating of images from a new viewpoint by simple signal processing is provided. Input image signals for the right eye, and input image signals for the left eye to be applied to image display are input, and a right image converting unit generates a converted image where the input image signals for the right eye have been subjected to phase change in the right direction or the left direction, in accordance with features of the image. In the same way, a left image converting unit generates a converted image where the input image signals for the left eye have been subjected to phase change in the left direction or the right direction, in accordance with features of the image. The generated image of the right image converting unit and the generated image of the left image converting unit are output as multiple new viewpoint images. A converted image is generated by processing where a luminance differential signal of an input image, or a nonlinear conversion signal of the luminance differential signal is added or subtracted, to or from the input image signal, for example.
