摘要: A block comprises physical addresses 0, 1, 2, 3. In an initial state, all the physical addresses 0, 1, 2, 3, are in an erase state. When data LA0, LA1, LA2, LA3 are written in the physical addresses 0, 1, 2, 3, count values are “1”, respectively. In this manner, a write/erase operation is performed by a page (physical address) unit, and the count value of the physical address in which the data has been renewed is renewed. Finally, when a total of the count values in the block reaches an allowable value 32, refresh is performed, and states of memory cells in the block are initialized.

摘要: By suppressing oxidation of sulfide minerals in sulfide ore due to bacteria or the like, this invention prevents the elution of heavy metals from the sulfide ore, and reduces the decrease in flotation performance when processing sulfide ore that is stored in a stockpile. Also, the invention makes it easier to process acidic wastewater from a stockpile or tailings dumpsite. In order to accomplish this, oxidation of sulfide minerals in sulfide ore is suppressed by adding an antioxidant, which contains plant polyphenol and whose main component is an organic acid that contains a carboxyl group, to the sulfide ore stored in a stockpile or tailings dumpsite.

摘要: Terminals (11, 13) for electrical connection respectively have front end portions (11b, 13b) to be joined to a wiring board (20) with solder and base end portions (11a, 13a) drawn outside from a cover (7) made of heat-expanding material. In order for the base end portions to absorb stress countering the external force received from the cover subjected to thermal expansion due to the heat generated by an electromagnetic coil (5) by the deflection deformation of the intermediate portions (11c, 13c) of the terminals positioned closer to the cover than the wiring board 20 with the relay device mounted on the wiring board, the terminals are formed with a predetermined length of L′ in the extending direction of the terminals so that the length required for necessary flexibility is secured for the intermediate portions.

摘要: On the basis of: a first calculated value ic which is a product of a calculated value of a time of three-phase output voltages in a state where a positive bus, a negative bus, and a neutral line are connected respectively to three-phase phase output terminals, and a predicted neutral current value in the state; and second and third calculated values icx and icy which are products of a calculated value of a time of the three-phase output voltages that can take state 1 where two of the three-phase phase output terminals are connected to the positive bus or the neutral line, and a remaining one terminal is connected to the neutral line or the negative bus, and state 2 opposite to the state, and predicted neutral current values in states 1 and 2, a time ratio of state 1 and 2 during a PWM period is determined so as to make a current flowing through the neutral line close to zero, or a potential of the neutral line of the three-phase output voltages close to a voltage which is exactly the middle between voltages of the positive and negative busses.

摘要: For an interval in which an Op-vector and a b-vector are successively output among intervals of output voltage vectors of each phase within a PWM cycle, the output times of each vector are divided by a positive integer m to find divided times of each vector, and the Op-vector and the b-vector are each alternately output for the divided time, each vector being output m times. For an interval in which an On-vector and an a-vector are successively output, the output times of each vector are divided by a positive integer n to find divided times of each vector, and the On-vector and a-vector are each alternately output for the divided time, each vector being output n times. The adoption of this method enables dispersion of the frequency component of current ripple that arises from PWM pulses (1)-(3).
