摘要: It is an objective of this invention to obtain: a composition superior in processability, dielectric properties, heat resistance, and adhesiveness by controlling phase separation of a 1,2-polybutadiene resin composition without deterioration of dielectric properties exhibited in high-frequency regions; and a multilayer printed wiring board using the same. This invention relates to a polybutadiene resin composition, comprising: a crosslinking component (A) comprising repeating units represented by the following formula (1) and having a number average molecular weight of 1000 to 20000; a radical polymerization initiator (B), the one-minute half-life temperature of which is 80° C. to 140° C.; and a radical polymerization initiator (C), the one-minute half-life temperature of which is 170° C. to 230° C.; wherein 3 to 10 parts by weight of the component (B) and 5 to 15 parts by weight of the component (C) are contained relative to 100 parts by weight of the component (A). The invention also relates to a prepreg, a laminate, and a printed wiring board, which are produced using the same.

摘要: A cloth material for marking including: a label cloth made of a white cloth formed of a fiber containing a component having affinity for a sublimation dye; an intermediate layer disposed on a rear surface of the label cloth, the intermediate layer including a synthetic resin which has affinity for the component of the label cloth and which has a melting point higher than a sublimation temperature of the sublimation dye; a transfer adhesive layer including a hot-melt thermoplastic synthetic resin and disposed on a surface of the intermediate layer; and a sheet of release paper disposed on a surface of the transfer adhesive layer. The intermediate layer is formed and closely fixed on the rear surface of the label cloth by laminating or coating. The transfer adhesive layer is also formed by laminating or coating. Desired colors, patterns and/or figures are transferable from transfer paper printed with a sublimation dye onto a surface of the cloth material for marking that has a transfer adhesive layer on its rear surface.

摘要: A primary carpet backing is provided for use in the formation of a tufted carpet which eliminates or reduces the need for a latex adhesive layer or the use of a secondary backing. The external surfaces of a woven or non-woven fibrous mat are coated with thermoplastic polymer particles having a lower melting temperature than the fibers of the mat. The mat possesses sufficient openings between fibers to be capable of undergoing tufting. Following tufting the tufted mat is heat treated so as to melt the thermoplastic polymer particles and to create a bond between the tufted carpet yarn fibers and the primary backing mat.

摘要: A tent cloth canvas coated on the surface thereof with a photocatalyst, wherein (1) the adhesiveness between a photocatalyst and the tent cloth canvas is kept satisfactorily for an extended time, (2) an anti-fouling capability is kept for a long time, and (3) the photocatalyst carried on the tent cloth canvas does not promote a lowering with time of a tear strength. A tent cloth canvas coated on the surface thereof with a photocatalyst is used, wherein more than 50% in amount of a plasticizer contained in the canvas remains in comparison with that at an initial stage 1500 hours after the canvas is subjected to a sunshine carbon arc type accelerated weathering test as specified in JIS-K5400, or after 3-year outdoor exposure; and a tent clothe canvas having the above properties and structures further contains a plasticizer having a molecular weight of at least 400, and/or a plasticizer migration restricting layer is provided in the middle of the tent cloth and photocatalyst coating layer.
