摘要： A multilayer printed circuit board can be used in high-frequency applications, is not easily affected by environmental changes, and has stable dielectric characteristics. A multilayer printed circuit board suitable for use in the high-frequency range includes at least two printed wiring sheets laminated with an interlayer bonding member therebetween. At least one of the at least two printed wiring sheets includes an insulating film, an adhesive layer containing a thermoplastic polyimide disposed on at least one surface of the insulating film, and a metal wiring layer disposed on the adhesive layer. The interlayer bonding member contains a thermoplastic polyimide.

During the soft-start driving operation, a current value of current supplied to the light emitting element is increased from a first constant current value up to a second constant current value. The driving apparatus includes parameter adjusting means for controlling the driving means such that the second constant current value is supplied to the light emitting element for a period that is longer than a period from a beginning of the ON-period to a time at which the current value of the current supplied to the light emitting element reaches the second constant current value.

The multilayer structure can be used to provide a multilayer wiring board having excellent electrical properties and an excellent balance of physical properties, high heat resistance, a narrow pitch wiring pattern, a small-diameter via, uniform insulating layer thickness, an appropriately low coefficient of linear expansion, and stable adhesiveness between a metal and the polymer film. The polymer film layer may contain at least one repeating unit represented by formula (1) in the molecule. The present invention also provides a multilayer wiring board obtained from the multilayer structure.

Mutually different standard pattern portions 17a to 17i are used depending upon different edge shapes of the divided inspection areas 16a to 16i contained in the inspection area, respectively. The present invention is suitable for inspecting the outer surface of a semiconductor chip such as a memory or a CCD (charge-coupled device).

摘要： The present invention provides a resin composition comprising a polyimide containing particular dianhydride and diamine, and an epoxy resin. The resin composition can be bonded at a relatively low temperature, has excellent heat resistance, adhesion property, soldering heat resistance and retaining ratio of peeling strength after PCT. By forming a circuit using the polyimide resin sheet or the polyimide resin sheet with metal foil, which comprises the resin composition, according to the semi-additive method, a printed wiring board having a good wiring shape, firm adhesion of circuit and high insulating resistance in the microcircuit space can be obtained.

摘要： A catalyst for selective oxidation of carbon monoxide present in a hydrogen-containing gas is provided in which the catalyst comprises ruthenium supported on an alumina hydrate. This catalyst has a high selective oxidation activity to carbon monoxide. A carbon monoxide elimination method using this catalyst is also provided. In this method, to a gas containing at least hydrogen and carbon monoxide and being richer in the hydrogen than the carbon monoxide on the basis of volume, oxygen is added in an amount necessary for oxidizing at least part of carbon monoxide present in that gas, and thereafter the gas to which the oxygen has been added is brought into contact with the catalyst described above. Also provided is a solid polymer electrolyte fuel cell system that utilizes this method.
