摘要: The present disclosure provides a flame retardant and antistatic regenerated polyester wig fiber and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the field of simulated wig technology. A composite flame retardant composed of poly(sulfonyldiphenylene phenylphosphonate) (PSPPP), a derivative of 9,10-dihydro-9-oxa-10-phosphaphenanthrene-10-oxide (DOPO-FT), and 9,10-dihydro-9-oxa-10-phosphaphenanthrene-10-oxide triphosphonitrile (DOPO-TPN), and biomass-derived graphene are subjected to a re-polymerization reaction with an alcoholysis product BHET of a waste PET bottle flake, respectively to obtain an in-situ modified flame retardant regenerated masterbatch and an antistatic regenerated polyester masterbatch. The masterbatches are blended and melt-spun with regenerated polyester, so that the obtained wig fiber has good flame retardant property, better flame retardant coefficient and antistatic property, and a significant antibacterial effect, thereby increasing the safety of the wig. The recycled and regenerated polyester from the PET bottle is utilized, effectively reducing environmental pollution caused by waste polyester, and contributing to resource conservation and sustainable development.

摘要: To provide a board material processing composition allowing for production of a board material laminate that is non-combustible and is excellent in adhesion performance. In order to solve this problem, a board material processing composition inhibiting combustion of a board material due to heating, comprises: a carbonization promotion component, being inorganic, promoting carbonization of an organic component within the board material at the heating; a chain inhibition component, being inorganic, inhibiting a reaction chain to a neighboring component due to a product of endothermic decomposition generated at the heating; and binder particles, being inorganic and hydrophobic, bonding the organic component within the board material to the carbonization promotion component and the chain inhibition component, wherein the carbonization promotion component includes boric acid, the chain inhibition component includes ammonium dihydrogen phosphate, and the binder particles include silica sand.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to a thermoplastic pulverulent composition comprising (a) at least one silica particle treated with alkoxysilane; and (b) at least one thermoplastic polymer. The present disclosure also relates to a 3D-printed object formed from the thermoplastic pulverulent composition and a process of forming the 3D-printed object. The thermoplastic pulverulent composition shows good powder flowability and the printed object obtained from said thermoplastic pulverulent composition surprisingly shows high elongation at break, high impact strength, good toughness and low surface roughness.

摘要: Coated substrates comprising a topcoat are disclosed. The coated substrate may be substantially free of PVC while having performance comparable to a coated substrate comprising PVC. The topcoat may comprise a base polymer comprising a polyvinylpyrrolidone copolymer, such as polyvinylpyrrolidone/vinyl acetate. The base polymer may also comprise a cationic acrylic resin. The topcoat may also comprise a pigment system and optionally, a crosslinking system.
