    摘要: A battery module and a related method are provided. The module includes battery cells having electrical terminals extending from battery portions. The module further includes an interconnect board having apertures for receiving the electrical terminals therethrough, and an elastomeric layer having apertures extending therethrough. The elastomeric layer is disposed proximate to the interconnect board such that the electrical terminals extend through the apertures of the interconnect board and further extend through the apertures of the elastomeric layer. The module further includes a potting compound disposed on the elastomeric layer such that the layer prevents the potting compound from contacting the battery portions.

    摘要: An anode gas non-recirculation type fuel cell system includes a fuel cell, a buffer tank for purging impurity gas included in anode off-gas from the fuel cell stack, an impurity gas concentration detector for detecting impurity gas concentration in the buffer tank, and an anode gas supply unit for supplying anode gas to the fuel cell stack. When pressure-supplying impurity gas in the fuel cell stack to the buffer tank while pulsating a supply pressure by the anode gas supply unit, an activation control is executed by changing, by the anode gas supply unit, at least one of a pulsative pressure and a pulsative cycle of anode gas supply according to impurity gas concentration in the buffer tank. According to the system, it is possible to get adequate hydrogen gas concentration in a fuel cell stack and to remove impurity at its activation.

    摘要: Disclosed herein are a pack case constructed in a structure in which a plurality of battery cells are mounted in the pack case to electrically connect the battery cells with each other, wherein the pack case includes an upper case and a lower case constructed in a hollow structure in which the upper case and the lower case are coupled with each other while the battery cells are mounted between the upper case and the lower case, each case is integrally provided at the inner part thereof with a plurality of spacers for supporting the battery cells, and each case is provided at the outer part thereof with a plurality of ventilation openings which communicate with the interior of each case, and a battery pack including the pack case. The pack case according to the present invention has effects in that a plurality of battery cells are stably mounted in the pack case in a compact structure through a simple assembly process, heat generated from the battery cells is effectively removed during the charge and discharge of the battery cells, and an additional safety unit, such as a detection member and/or a protection circuit module, is easily mounted to the pack case.

The assembly includes a first frame member having a first plurality of tabs extending away from a first peripheral edge of the first frame member. The assembly further includes a second frame member having a plurality of slots extending into a second peripheral edge of the second frame member. The assembly further includes a battery cell disposed between the first and second frame members, and each first coupling feature of each tab of the first plurality of tabs is configured to engage a respective slot of the plurality of slots of the second frame member to fixedly hold the first and second frame members together.

    摘要: A battery pack providing power to a portable electronic device is disclosed which inhibits electromagnetic waves generated by the battery pack from interfering with the portable electronic device. The portable electronic device may include a radiofrequency (RF) circuit including a transceiver. The battery pack may include a battery cell and a protection circuit module (PCM) which operates to prevent the battery cell from overcharge/overdischarge and overheating. The PCM may include a substrate and a protection device mounted to the substrate. Electromagnetic waves generated when the protection device operates are shielded from the portable electronic device by a shielding layer formed on the substrate of the PCM. The substrate may include a plurality of circuit layers, each including a circuit layer, with the circuit layers in electrical communication with one another. A shielding pattern is formed on at least one of the circuit layers.
