摘要: An injectable composition having dermal filling and tissue expanding activity comprises (1) a quantity of elastin sufficient to bring about dermal filling and tissue expansion when injected into a subject in need of dermal filling and tissue expansion, and (2) a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier. The composition can further comprise collagen, in other alternatives, the composition can further comprise hyaluronic acid, and one or more of the elastin, the collagen, and the hyaluronic acid, if present can be cross-linked, either intramolecularly or intermolecularly. The elastin, however, is the primary filler, even if collagen or hyaluronic acid are included in the composition.

摘要: A method for achieving energy-saving in a mobile communication system base station, for application in an LTE system, comprising: determining the average value of a downlink sub-frame traffic load; determining, when the average value of the downlink sub-frame traffic load is below a threshold value therefore, an MBSFN downlink sub-frame which is not carrying multicast traffic; and closing the radio frequency channel corresponding to the multicast symbol in the MBSFN downlink sub-frame which is not carrying multicast traffic. By using the method, the number of downlink sub-frames required to meet the communication traffic needs of a current cell is judged according to changes in the traffic load observed by measuring the traffic load values in that cell; sub-frames which can be closed are set as MBSFN downlink sub-frames which do not send multicast traffic; radio frequency channels occupied by the multicast symbol are closed, thereby reducing energy consumption.

摘要: Data segmenting apparatus and method are provided. An apparatus for segmenting an input data sequence includes: a boundary searching device configured to search for one or more candidate boundaries in the data sequence, to obtain one or more candidate segmenting schemes formed by different combinations of these candidate boundaries; and an evaluating device configured to generate, for each candidate segmenting scheme, an evaluation value of each candidate boundary in the scheme by evaluating a segmenting loss caused by using the candidate boundary to segment the data sequence, and determine whether the candidate boundary is valid in the candidate segmenting scheme according to the evaluation value reflecting association relationship between a pair of adjacent data segments adjoining to the candidate boundary and association relationship between each of one or more pairs of non-adjacent data segments, each of which includes two non-adjacent data segments located at two sides of the candidate boundary.

摘要: A path configuration message is sent to nodes in a multi-hop network along a path between a source node and destination nodes. The path configuration message includes path information and one or more special channel access parameters associated with the path information. The path configuration message temporarily changes the channel access priority for packets matching the path information in the special message. The nodes along the path therefore have higher channel access priority relative to other nearby nodes and other traffic flows. At the end of the a length of a time determined by a time to live parameter in the special message, the nodes resume using default channel access parameters in place of the special channel access parameters for packets matching the path information.

摘要: Disclosed is a light emitting diode (LED) package employing a lead terminal with a reflecting surface. The package includes first and second lead terminals that are spaced apart from each other. The first lead terminal has a lower portion with an LED chip mounting area, and at least one reflecting surface formed by being bent from the lower portion. Meanwhile, a package body supports the first and second lead terminals and forms a cavity through which the LED chip mounting area and the reflecting surface of the first lead terminal and a part of the second lead terminal are exposed. The first and second lead terminals extend outside of the package body. Accordingly, light emitted from an LED chip can be reflected on the reflecting surface with high reflectivity, so that the optical efficiency of the package can be improved.
