摘要: The invention relates to a duct burner (1), particularly for a fuel cell system (2), in which two media are brought together, mixed and combusted to generate heat. To this end, the duct burner (1) has a number of nozzles (9), which are distributed over a surface and via which the media are fed to a burn-out chamber (8). Before feeding to the nozzles (9), the first medium in a first distributing chamber (5) and the second medium in a separate second distributing chamber (7) are each distributed onto a surface that corresponds approximately to the surface (F) of the burn-out chamber (8).

摘要: A multi-fluid heat transfer device having a plate stack construction is disclosed which includes several plates which are stacked above one another and are provided with openings, through which several thermally interacting fluids can be guided. A construction is provided which consists of at least one first and at least one second flow duct plate unit which are arranged in the plate stack in an alternating manner, as well as of an intermediate connection cover plate unit, the first flow duct plate unit having one group and the second flow duct plate unit having two separate groups of respective side-by-side flow duct openings. Furthermore, connection duct openings for forming one distributor duct pair and collector duct pair respectively for each group of flow duct openings are placed in all plate units. As a result, a compactly constructed heat transfer device of a high heat transfer output is implemented by means of low manufacturing expenditures. The heat transfer device is usable as a high-temperature battery cooling element for an electric vehicle.

摘要: A heat exchanger for cooling exhaust gas, around which a liquid cooling medium flows on the outside, including a bundle of rectangular tubes provided as ducts for the exhaust gas whose ends are welded into tube bottoms. The bundle of rectangular tubes is surrounded with a sheet metal jacket which follows the contour of the bundle and which is provided with a cooling medium inlet and a cooling medium outlet. The ends of the sheet metal jacket are provided with welded-on flange plates which are each open by means of a central opening with respect to the bundle of rectangular tubes and which are provided with fastening devices for fastening onto pipe sections of an exhaust pipe.

摘要: The device is used to cool a vehicle appliance, in particular a battery or a fuel cell, by means of a coolant. It has a plurality of identically designed cooling elements, through which coolant can flow, which can be brought into bearing contact to cool at least one component of the vehicle appliance. It includes a first cooling-element side and a second cooling-element side which is on the opposite side from the first cooling-element side. The cooling-element sides have connection openings, which form inlet and outlet openings for the coolant and are in communication with the interior space of the cooling element. In this arrangement, it is provided for the first and second cooling-element sides each to have at least two connection openings.

摘要: Heat transfer device of a stacked plate construction has a stacked plate construction consisting of alternately stacked flow duct plate units with flow duct openings and connection duct openings as well as connection cover plate units with connection duct openings provided such that two separate fluid flow systems are formed. The equal-sided connection duct openings overlap only by means of an interior portion with the equal-sided ends of the flow duct openings, whereas, by means of an exterior portion, while forming a respective connection conduit, they extend in the area outside the flow duct openings. This implements a compact plate stack construction with an optimal connection geometry for very low pressure losses.
