摘要： This invention is for a method for making and using cat litter from conventional toilet paper and using the cat litter in a toilet bowl mounted cat litter box. The cat litter box has an opening and closing door activated by a handle for discharging soiled cat litter directly into the toilet bowl for disposal. The handle also blocks the toilet from closing when the cat litter box is attached to the toilet bowl.

摘要： A laser strikes and aseptically heats or sterilizes the end of two flexible tube ends for connection. Tube holders are pushed toward each other to bring the tube ends into contact. A weld detector checks the characteristics of the weld. A laser optics assembly may be used to chance the direction of the lacer and focus the laser at the tube ends. In addition, a crimping device is used to compress a single flexible tube for disconnection. The laser strikes the compressed area. The crimping device continues to pinch the area and forms a seal in the tube. The tube is separated into two tube segments, each segment has a sealed end.

More particularly, embodiments of the present invention generally relate to a method and apparatus for endpoint detection during ex-situ cleaning of a chamber component used in a semiconductor processing chamber. In one embodiment, a system for cleaning parts disposed in a liner with a cleaning fluid is provided. The system comprises a portable cart, a liquid particle counter (LPC) carried by the portable cart, the LPC configured for detachable coupling to a fluid outlet port formed through the liner, the LPC operable to sample rinsate solution exiting the line, and a pump carried by the portable cart and configured for fluid coupling to the liner in a detachable manner, the pump operable to recirculate rinsate solution through the liner.
