    摘要: A light-emitting diode (“LED”) package includes a light-emitting chip, a case, first and second lead frames and a dummy lead frame. The light-emitting chip generates light. The case includes a bottom portion and a plurality of sidewalls, wherein the light-emitting chip is positioned in the case. The first and second lead frames are spaced apart from each other and are electrically connected to the light-emitting chip. The dummy lead frame is spaced apart from the light-emitting chip and the first and second lead frames, and is electrically isolated from the light-emitting chip and the first and second lead frames. The dummy lead frame is used as a wiring for connecting the LED package to another LED package, so that the number of signal wirings or a length of a signal wiring may be decreased, and a manufacturing cost of the LED package may be reduced.

The nano-patterning apparatus includes: a holder unit including a transfer unit and an insulating unit; a tip unit inserted into the holder unit, downwardly protruded, and having a flow channel; a flow path having one end connected to the flow channel through one side of the transfer unit or the insulating unit and extending to the outside to serve as a movement path allowing a nano-patterning material to move therealong; a pressing unit pressing the nano-patterning material at one side of the flow path; and a storage unit connected to the other end of the flow path and storing the nano-patterning material.

    摘要: A dye-sensitized solar cell and a fabrication method thereof are disclosed. A method for fabricating a dye-sensitized solar cell, includes forming a sacrifice layer comprising colloidal particles on a transparent conductive substrate, supplying a photoelectrode material comprising transition metal oxide nano particles onto the sacrifice layer, thereby filling the transition metal oxide nano particles between the colloidal particles, removing the sacrifice layer by thermal treatment to prepare a photoelectrode having an inverse opal structure, and adsorbing dye molecules onto the photoelectrode.
