摘要: The present invention provides a metal forming system, comprising a platform and a gantry means, in which the platform is provided with a plurality of lower mold bases bearing sheet metals, while the gantry means is provided with at least one upper mold base and a toggle unit. The gantry means is performing lateral displacement on the platform, so as to be displaced to a location above the lower mold base which is predetermined to operate. The toggle unit is for adjusting the longitudinal position of the upper mold base so as to change the distance between the upper mold base and the lower mold base, resulting in determining whether a mold-closing state or a mold-opening state. A metal forming operation is performed on the sheet metal between the upper mold base and the lower mold base so as to manufacture a metal formed part when the mold-closing state.

摘要: An antenna module includes an antenna body, a signal feeding element and a conducting element. The signal feeding element is mounted on the antenna body, and the antenna body can move between a first position and a second position relative to the signal feeding element. When the antenna body is at the first position, the antenna body contacts and conducts with the conducting element to form a loop. When the antenna body is at the second position, the antenna body does not contact with the conducting element. In an embodiment, antenna receives signal well in both position.

摘要: A lateral diffusion metal-oxide-semiconductor (LDMOS) transistor structure comprises a barrier layer, a semiconductor layer, a source, a first drain and a guard ring. The barrier layer with a first polarity is disposed in a substrate. The semiconductor layer with a second polarity is disposed on the barrier layer. The source has a first polarity region and a second polarity region both formed in the semiconductor layer. The first drain is disposed in the semiconductor layer and has a drift region with the second polarity. The guard ring with the first polarity extends downward from a surface of the semiconductor layer in a manner of getting in touch with the barrier layer and to surround the source and the drain, and is electrically connected to the source.

摘要: A method of forming a single-layer photonic crystal structure. The method includes depositing electrophoretic suspension, working electrode and lower electrode in a container, wherein the working electrode and the lower electrode are formed at upper and lower parts of the container, respectively, and spaced apart at an distance; and applying an electric voltage to the working electrode and the lower electrode to form an electric field, such that particles in the electrophoretic suspension form a single-layer photonic crystal structure on the working electrode under interactive actions of the electric field and a gravity field by an electrophoresis self-assembly technique. Therefore, the single-layer photonic crystal structure has a low cost, and good quality and recurring property.

摘要: A method for providing resource allocation in a communication network includes identifying at least two broadcast zones for receiving broadcast services in the communication network and generating a first index based on a relative relationship among the at least two broadcast zones. The first index includes information indicative of whether a first broadcast zone overlaps with at least one other broadcast zone. The method further includes generating a second index based on the relative relationship among the at least two broadcast zones; assigning at least one identifier to each of the at least two broadcast zones based on the first index and the second index; and enabling data transmissions to the at least two broadcast zones based on the assigned identifiers and using the at least one communication resource associated with the identifiers. The second index may include information indicative of a number of broadcast zones overlapped with the first broadcast zone. Each identifier may be associated with at least one communication resource, with distinct identifiers being assigned to overlapping broadcast zones of the at least two broadcast zones.
