    摘要: A fuel supply amount control system for an internal combustion engine having exhaust gas recirculation passage extending between the exhaust passage and the intake passage, and an exhaust gas recirculation valve arranged across the exhaust gas recirculation passage, for recirculating part of exhaust gases emitted from the engine to the intake passage, has an ECU which detects an actual valve lift amount of the exhaust gas recirculation valve, determines a desired valve lift amount of the exhaust gas recirculation valve, based on operating conditions of the engine, and controls the exhaust gas recirculation valve, based on determined the desired valve lift amount and the detected actual valve lift amount, when the engine is in a predetermined operating region where conditions for executing exhaust gas recirculation control are satisfied. A basic fuel supply amount is calculated based on operating conditions of the engine, and a correction coefficient for correcting the basic fuel supply amount, is set based on the actual valve lift amount and the desired valve lift amount, when the engine is in the predetermined operating region. The basic fuel amount is corrected based on the correction coefficient.

    摘要: A target drive shaft torque is calculated from an accelerator pedal opening degree and a vehicle speed. During acceleration of the vehicle wherein target device shaft torque is not negative, a target engine torque for generating target drive shaft torque is calculated, and a target throttle opening degree for providing target engine torque is determined. On the other hand, during deceleration of the vehicle wherein target drive shaft torque is negative, a target throttle opening degree is determined from accelerator pedal opening degree at which the drive shaft torque is zero and the throttle opening degree at which the engine torque is zero. This target throttle opening degree is in a proportional relation to the accelerator pedal opening degree and thus when accelerator pedal opening degree target throttle opening degree.

    摘要: An air-fuel ratio control system for an internal combustion engine includes an air-fuel ratio sensor for detecting the air-fuel ratio of exhaust gases from the engine. An ECU estimates the air-fuel ratio of a mixture supplied to each of the cylinders cylinder by cylinder in response to an output from the air-fuel ratio sensor, by using an observer based on a model representative of the behavior of the exhaust system. Cylinder-by-cylinder air-fuel ratio control amounts corresponding respectively to the cylinders are calculated for carrying out feedback control of the air-fuel ratio of the mixture such that each of the estimated air-fuel ratio is converged to a desired value. One of the cylinder-by-cylinder air-fuel ratio control amounts corresponding to one of the cylinders is held at a predetermined value, and it is determined whether relationships in value between ones of the cylinder-by-cylinder air-fuel ratio control amounts corresponding respectively to cylinders other than the one cylinder and a plurality of predetermined determination values meet a predetermined determination pattern. When the relationships meet the predetermined determination pattern, it is determined that the response speed of the air-fuel ratio sensor has changed.

    摘要: An air-fuel ratio control system for an internal combustion engine includes an air-fuel ratio sensor arranged in the exhaust system, for detecting the air-fuel ratio of exhaust gases from the engine. The adaptive parameter-adjusting mechanism calculates a parameter corresponding to an integral term of the air-fuel ratio control amount, and limit-checks a value of the parameter corresponding to the integral term so as to fall within a predetermined limit range.
