    摘要: The invention concerns a process for the measurement of the amount of a component that is released from a gaseous atmosphere during the thermo-chemical treatment of metallic work pieces. In order to provide a measurement system that offers the opportunity even in the ongoing treatment process for supplying the most exact data on the amount of a component released from the gaseous atmosphere and absorbed by the work piece a process is suggested with the invention for the continuous measurement of the amount of a component that is released from the gaseous atmosphere surrounding the work pieces and absorbed by the work pieces during a thermo-chemical treatment of metallic work pieces where a probe whose longitudinal extension significantly exceeds its width is exposed to the effect of the gaseous atmosphere, the longitudinal change of the probe over time in the longitudinal direction caused by the absorption of the component released by the gaseous atmosphere is measured and the measured longitudinal change is used for the determination of the amount of the transferred component transferred from the gaseous atmosphere to the probe.

    摘要: A mixture of two particulate phases used in the production of a green compact that can be sintered at higher temperatures. The first phase contains particles that consist of a metal and/or a metal allow and/or a metal compound. The second phase contains particles from the group of the inorganic compounds that do not release any decomposition products at temperatures of more than 400° C., that are interstitially soluble in the sintering metal phase, and/or that react with the second phase to stable compounds. The mixture, by providing the second phase, is effective in supporting the fine structure of the first phase against the forces of surface tensions during the sintering process. During sintering, the second phase remains thermally stable and substantially chemically inert with respect to the first phase.

    摘要: Process for the production of a component, in which metal or ceramic powder (6) is applied under centrifugal force to the inner wall of a gas-permeable mold (13), which is under reduced pressure and is located in a reduced-pressure vessel (10), and precompacted, after which the mold (13) is removed from the vessel (10) and sintered. The mold (13) consists of a heap of ceramic grains with an organic binder having high strength between room temperature and a temperature just below the sintering temperature, in order to support the powder (6) to be sintered to give the component. When sintering starts, the binder evaporates or burns away, as a result of which the mold (13) substantially loses its supporting action for the component. Binder: aminolic, phenolic, furan resin.
