摘要: A lead wire forming apparatus for electric parts having a body member and coaxial lead wires extending from opposite ends of the body member, the apparatus being for bending each lead wire in the same direction perpendicularly to the axis of the body member. The apparatus has a pair of spaced opposed chucks for chucking the body member by relative movement toward the body member in directions perpendicular to the lead wires, and a pair of spaced parallel forming guides each having a guiding groove in the edge thereof opposed to the other forming guide and having a size for receiving a corresponding lead wire therein. The forming guides are spaced from each other a distance only slightly larger than the length of the body member of the electric part, and the forming guides are movable past the chucks in the direction of the parallel forming guides for causing the lead wires to be engaged in the guiding grooves for bending the lead wires on both ends of the body member in the same direction at points immediately adjacent the ends of the body member.

摘要: A parts feeder includes a stock unit containing a plurality of magazine units arranged side by side and each storing a stack of magazines accommodating an array of parts, and a supply unit for supporting magazines delivered respectively from the magazine units in the stock unit. Parts can be supplied, one at a time, from any of the magazines in the supply unit. The supply unit is movable independently of the stock unit. When any magazine unit runs short of magazines, such a magazine unit can be supplied with new magazines loaded with parts without shutdown of the parts feeder.

An optical signal amplifying triode 10, which can directly perform an optical signal amplification process using control input light, can thus be provided.

摘要: An optical signal amplification device for outputting an output signal light which has the same wavelength as an input signal light and an intensity variation identical in phase with an intensity variation of the input signal light. The device includes: (a) an amplifying element having a cross gain modulation function of outputting an output light including (i) the output signal light and (ii) a neighboring light which has a neighboring wavelength different from the wavelength of the output signal light and an intensity variation inverted in phase with respect to the intensity variation of the output signal light; (b) inputting means for inputting the input signal light to the amplifying element; (c) a selecting element extracting the output signal light and at least a part of the neighboring light from the output light, such that the extracted output signal light and neighboring light are separated from each other; and (d) feedback means for feeding back the neighboring light extracted by the selecting element, to the amplifying element, so that the neighboring light is inputted to the amplifying element, for rendering the amplifying element to generate a negative feedback amplification effect.

摘要: A parts mounting apparatus has a plurality of suction nozzles for picking up and holding the parts, the nozzles intermittently moving along a closed path to stop positions arranged at predetermined set intervals along the path, including a parts pickup position at which parts are picked up by the suction nozzles and a parts mounting position at which parts are mounted on an article on which parts are to be mounted. A position adjusting device is provided between the parts pickup positions and the parts mounting position for adjusting the position of a part held on a suction nozzle to orient the part relative to the longitudinal axis of the suction nozzle in two directions at right angles to each other and perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the nozzle. A parts posture detecting device is provided at a stop position downstream of the position adjusting device and which has a line sensor for detecting whether the posture of the parts relative to the suction nozzle axis is proper by sensing whether or not a part extends beyond a maximum position past the end of the corresponding nozzle. The suction of the suction nozzle is controlled for retaining or releasing the parts in accordance with whether the posture detecting device had detected that the part held by a nozzle is proper or not.
