摘要: A mobile work robot includes a running unit for movement, a working unit, a control unit controlling various portions of the mobile work robot with a provided instruction signal, an operation switch unit externally operated to provide the instruction signal for controlling an operation of the mobile work robot to the control unit; and a main battery supplying an electric power to the various portions of the mobile work robot. The control unit does not accept the provided instruction signal during the charging state when it is detected from a signal of a power supply connector that an AC adapter of the main battery is connected to achieve the charging state.

摘要: A control unit of a station concentrically rotates a plurality of unit replacing units by a motor on a first horizontal plane parallel to a floor bearing the station when arrival of the self-propelled cleaner is detected. The control unit activates, as a unit for removing an old battery unit from the self-propelled cleaner, the unit replacing unit included among the plurality of unit replacing units and opposed to the self-propelled cleaner located on the station. After the old battery unit is removed from the self-propelled cleaner, the control unit activates the motor. By the rotation of this motor, another unit replacing unit opposed to the self-propelled cleaner is activated as a unit for attaching a new battery unit to the self-propelled cleaner instead of the unit replacing unit previously activated as the removing unit.

摘要: The semiconductor device is constituted in such a manner that a switching transistor having a drain region and a source region which are comprised of an impurity-diffused region is formed in the surface layer portion of a semiconductor substrate. On the semiconductor substrate containing the transistor, a first insulation film is formed, and, at the upper layer side of the first insulation film, a capacitor is formed. The capacitor is comprised of a lower electrode, an inter-electrode insulation film comprising one of ferroelectric and high-permittivity dielectric, and an upper electrode. Before the inter-electrode insulation film is formed, a second insulation film is formed so as to cover the side face portion of the inter-electrode insulation film, the second insulation film protecting the side face portion of the inter-electrode insulation film. One of the drain region and the source region and one of the upper electrode and the lower electrode of the capacitor are connected to each other by an electrode wiring. A wiring connected to the other one of the drain region and the source region is formed on the semiconductor substrate.

摘要: A linear motion apparatus is comprised of: a toothed rail (40); a linearly driving mechanism section (50) having a plurality of swinging plates (53), crankshafts (54, 55), and a casing (51); and guiding means for guiding the casing (51) relatively movably with respect to the toothed rail (40). The casing (51) includes: a pair of side portions (61, 62) which are guided by the guiding means on both sides, in a tooth width direction, of the rail (40); a pair of end plate portions (63, 64) which are located on opposite sides, as viewed in a longitudinal direction of the rail (40), of the swinging plates (53) and connect opposite end portions of the pair of side plate portions (61, 62); and a coupling member (521) which is located between the plurality of crankshafts (54, 55) as viewed in the longitudinal direction of the rail and couple intermediate portions of the pair of side plate portions (61, 62). The coupling member (521) is preferably passed through the swinging plates (53). The linear motion apparatus is compact and low-cost, and capable of maintaining a stable state of meshing between swinging plates and a toothed rail even if a compact casing is adopted.

摘要: A lifting mechanism is arranged between a cartridge main body and a reel support member. With the cartridge main body set in a parts mounter, the lifting mechanism allows the reel support member to be supported by the cartridge main body so that the reel support member can be pivoted upward at a predetermined pivoting angle (set position PA.fwdarw.bar code read position PB). While cartridges are kept placed in the parts mounter, a parts supply reel attached to a given cartridge is made to project from other reels. This enables a bar code reader to read the parts code of a label adhered on one side surface of that reel.
