摘要： A sustained release aromatic comprises a clathrate compound composed of a perfume and a polyphenyl compound and gives out fragrance slowly but steadily over a long period of time. It is produced by a process comprising melting under heat a perfume which is a solid at an ordinary room temperature, and adding a polyphenyl compound to the molten perfume. Alternatively, a perfume which is a liquid at an ordinary room temperature is mixed with a polyphenyl compound so that they may react with each other, and a solid reaction product is separated from their mixture.

摘要： Diphenic acid bis(dicyclohexylamide) represented by the following formula: ##STR1## A process for producing diphenic acid bis(dicyclohexylamide) represented by the above formula, which comprises dimerizing a diazonium salt of o-aminobenzoic acid in the presence of a reducing agent, followed by acidification to give 2,6'-dicarboxylbiphenyl; converting this dicarboxylic acid to 2,6'-dichloroformylbiphenyl by chlorination; and reacting this acid chloride with dicyclohexylamine.Sustained release antimicrobial compositions comprising a clathrate compound consisting of a microbial agent and diphenic acid bis(dicyclohexylamide) represented by the above formula.

摘要： When a vehicle collision is detected, a electric connection between a power supply and an input stage of an inverter is switched to the disconnected condition. Then, when a rotation speed of an alternating current motor is higher than an allowable rotation speed or a terminal voltage of a storage unit provided at the input stage is higher than an allowable terminal voltage, an exciting current command value is set at a value other than zero and a torque current command value is set at zero, and when the rotation speed is equal to or lower than the allowable rotation speed and the terminal voltage is equal to or lower than the allowable terminal voltage, both command values are set at zero. An exciting current component and a torque current component of an alternating current supplied from the inverter to the motor are controlled according to the set command values.
