摘要: Edited data for text, patterns, graphs, and the like can be provided by editing programs dedicated to edition of each of such data. A system for editing and printing documents includes a plurality of printing program each corresponding with each of the editing programs and operating independently of one another for generating graphics commands in accordance with the edited data a printing control program for generating print images composed of dots in accordance with the graphics commands from the printing programs and a printing management program for controlling operations of the printing programs in accordance with data in a control data file which stores therein data related to printing programs such as print positions of individual edited data. The system also provides an operating system capable of multitask control, which controls a printing conditions set up program independently of the operation of the printing management program, whereby printing requests are enabled to be received in succession if such requests are made in the course of printing.

摘要: A print control system for controlling a computer system comprising a processing unit, a memory unit, a display unit, an input unit and a printer. The memory unit has print request blocks each for storing information necessary for printing a document, and an area for storing a print queue for defining the print execute order of the print request blocks. The processing unit executes a print request program through which a print request provided by the operator is set together with necessary information in the print request block and the print request block is added to the print queue, a print execute program through which information stored in the print request blocks is fetched sequentially in the order of registration of the print request block in the print queue and the printer is controlled for printing operation on the basis of the information, a printing status operating program through which the contents of the print queue are displayed on the display unit, the print request block is removed from the print queue and the order of the print request blocks in the print queue is changed in conformity to instructions given by the operator, and a system management program through which those programs are activated for controlling the printing operation.

摘要: A central processing unit, a main memory for storing graphic or character data, an external memory, an input device for inputting the graphic or character data, a shared memory for temporarily storing the graphic or character data read by the central processing unit, a display processing means for preparing a plurality of display data displayed on a display from the graphic or character data on the shared memory, and a display memory for storing the plurality of display data are connected to a bus. The display memory, the shared memory, and the external memory have first, second and third save areas for temporarily saving the overlapped display data when the plurality of display data are overlapped. The main memory is provided with a first control table for controlling display position, mutual priority for display, and a save area during overlap, regarding each of the plurality of display data stored in the display memory. The display processing means controls to display the plurality of display data on the display using the first table, the first, second and third save areas, and the display memory. In the first, second and third save areas, the first save area has highest priority and the third save area has lowest priority.

摘要: There are provided an ultrasonic cleaning apparatus and an ultrasonic cleaning method capable of suppressing occurrence of damage on a substrate to be cleaned and capable of performing cleaning at a high cleaning level for highly precise substrates and the like used in an electronics industry. Occurrence of damage on the substrate to be cleaned is suppressed by holding an object to be cleaned so as to be positioned out of a region where perpendiculars extend from an oscillating surface of an ultrasonic transducer to a liquid surface (an ultrasonic-irradiated region) under and in the vicinity of the liquid surface of a cleaning solution, exciting a capillary wave on a surface of the cleaning solution by an ultrasonic wave, and separating particulate contamination of the object to be cleaned by an acoustic pressure generated by the capillary wave without irradiating the object to be cleaned directly with the ultrasonic wave.
