    摘要: A process and an assembly for supplying a liquid lubricant to points of a reciprocating piston engine which are to be lubricated and which include at least running surfaces of a piston-cylinder tube unit of the reciprocating piston engine. The reciprocating piston engine has a piston and a cylinder. According to the process, the lubricant in at least one conditioning device is united with a gaseous transport medium. In the conditioning device, a lubricating mixture is formed including small liquid particles of lubricant carried by the gaseous transport medium. At least one of the lubricating mixture and the lubricant is passed with the gaseous transport medium through a plurality of supply ducts corresponding to the points to be lubricated. The gaseous transport medium and excess lubricant are drawn away through at least one drain disposed in a region of the points to be lubricated.

    摘要: A method of initiating motion of at least one of cylinder valve of a cylinder of a reciprocating engine, with each cylinder valve being actuated by an electromagnetic actuator having an electrical closing magnet and an electrical opening magnet, between which magnets an armature that is connected to the cylinder valve to be actuated is movably guided back and forth, counter to the forces of restoring springs, and with the alternating current supply to the closing magnet and the opening magnet being controlled by an electrical engine control. The natural frequency of the spring-mass system formed by the restoring springs and the armature with the cylinder valve is stored in the electrical engine control. The instantaneous rpm and position of the crankshaft with respect to a dead center point position and with reference to the stored natural frequency are detected by the engine control. The time for the beginning of an alternating current supply to the electromagnets is calculated in the period of the natural frequency, taking into consideration the crankshaft rpm and position, the natural frequency of the spring-mass system and the armature path from an inoperative position until it is in contact with the pole surface of one of the two electromagnets, so that the armature motion and the piston motion occur in the same direction immediately before a possible contact of the armature with the pole surface of a capturing magnet.

The filter body is composed of a porous filter material. The filter body has a plurality of filter ducts arranged in a honey-comb pattern. Each filter duct has an inlet opening for the intake of the exhaust gases. The filter arrangement further includes a resistance heating element arranged in a region of each inlet opening and having a series of loops each projecting into the filter ducts. The resistance heating element further has a lead-in line and a lead-out line connected to the current supply. A wall of a respective filter duct and a respective heating element loop are form lockingly connected together.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a method for unthrottled load control of an internal combustion engine by means of exhaust gas. The method requires entirely freely adjustable opening and closing times for the inlet and exhaust valves. Starting at full load with the minimum of exhaust gas in the cylinder the amount of exhaust gas in the cylinder is increased thereby reducing the available combustion chamber volume for receiving fresh mixture mass thereby reducing the load. The fresh mixture mass and the exhaust gas mass are controlled exclusively by coordinating the opening and closing times of the intake and exhaust valves.
