摘要: Provision is made for a particle-beam treatment system in which, even during particle-beam irradiation, the shape of a multileaf collimator is monitored. The particle-beam treatment system, in which multi-layer conformal irradiation is performed while the setting of the shape of the multileaf collimator in an irradiation head is changed during particle-beam irradiation, is provided with an optical shape-monitoring unit mounted attachably and detachably in the snout portion at the downstream side of the multileaf collimator, the optical shape-monitoring unit having a shape-monitoring mirror, opposing the multileaf collimator, for monitoring the shape of the multileaf collimator; a video camera for shooting the multileaf-collimator shape reflected by the shape-monitoring mirror; and an image monitor for displaying an image of the video camera that shoots the shape of the multileaf collimator.

摘要: A radiation image conversion panel containing: a stimulable phosphor plate having a stimulable phosphor layer on a substrate; a first protective film provided on a stimulable phosphor layer of the substrate, the first protective film not being adhered to the surface of the stimulable phosphor layer and having a peripheral area extending outside of substrate; and a second protective film provided on the opposite side of the substrate to the stimulable phosphor layer, the second protective film having a peripheral area extending outside of the substrate, wherein the peripheral area of the first protective film and the peripheral area of the second protective film are heat-sealed with each other; and the radiation image conversion panel has a dehydrating function to dehydrate a space surrounded by the first protective film and the second protective film.

摘要: A first semiconductor substrate (3) is so formed as to surround a periphery of a region between an upper substrate (1) and a lower substrate (11) like an outer peripheral frame, a potential drawing portion (31) of the first semiconductor substrate (3) is formed at a corner portion thereof and an area of the corner portion of the first semiconductor substrate (3) including the potential drawing portion (31) is made equal to or less than an area of each of potential drawing portions (36a, 36b, 40) of other semiconductor substrates (5, 7, 9), to achieve reduction in chip size. A conductive layer is formed on a surface of the upper substrate (1) or the like and the conductive layer is fixed to a fixed voltage such as a ground potential. This conductive layer or the like shields the semiconductor substrates against disturbance such as proximity of other substances, static electricity or radio wave hindrance.

摘要: A manufacturing method produces a semiconductor pressure sensor having a silicon sensor element by electrically connecting a leading frame to the sensor element, and adhering a resin package, e.g., made of PPS resin or PBT resin, for covering the sensor element to the leading frame. Before adhering the package and the leading frame, the manufacturing method applies ultraviolet rays with short wave length to each contact portion of the package and lead frame to improve the adhesive characteristics thereof.
