    摘要: The invention relates to a high-voltage insulation circuit board which is used in an electric power apparatus such as an electric power converter or the like such as power semiconductor device, inverter module, or the like and provides an insulation circuit board in which electric field concentration at the end sections of a wiring pattern is reduced, partial discharging is suppressed, and a reliability is high. According to the invention, there is provided an insulation circuit board having: a metal base substrate; and wiring patterns which are formed onto at least one of the surfaces of the metal base substrate through an insulation layer, characterized in that between two adjacent wiring patterns in which an electric potential difference exists among the wiring patterns, at least one or more wiring patterns or conductors which are in contact with the insulation layer and have an electric potential in a range of the electric potential difference between the adjacent wiring patterns are arranged. According to the invention, the electric field concentration at the end sections of the wiring pattern to which a high voltage is applied is reduced and partial-discharge-resistant characteristics are improved.

    摘要: An oil-resistant rubber composition comprising (A) 90 to 10 parts by weight of an unsaturated nitrile-conjugated diene rubber having a .DELTA.Tg of 58.degree. C. or more and an average bound nitrile content of 15 to 50% by weight, (B) 10 to 90 parts by weight of at least one rubber selected from the group consisting of an ethylene-propylene type copolymer rubber, a natural rubber and a polyisoprene and (C) 0 to 50 parts by weight, per 100 parts by weight of the total of (A) and (B), of at least one component (C) selected from the group consisting of a styrene polymer and a polyalkenamer. The piece of the magnetic member is sandwiched between circumferential projections provided in pieces of the non-magnetic member, and the magnetic member and the non-magnetic member and bearing holding sections form a structure in which the magnetic member and the non-magnetic member are fitted into the bearing holding sections by using recessed portions provided in the bearing holding sections and axial projections provided in the pieces of the non-magnetic member. This structure simplifies production and improves strength.

    摘要: The invention relates to a high-voltage insulation circuit board which is used in an electric power apparatus such as an electric power converter or the like such as power semiconductor device, inverter module, or the like and provides an insulation circuit board in which electric field concentration at the end sections of a wiring pattern is reduced, partial discharging is suppressed, and a reliability is high. According to the invention, there is provided an insulation circuit board having: a metal base substrate; and wiring patterns which are formed onto at least one of the surfaces of the metal base substrate through an insulation layer, characterized in that between two adjacent wiring patterns in which an electric potential difference exists among the wiring patterns, at least one or more wiring patterns or conductors which are in contact with the insulation layer and have an electric potential in a range of the electric potential difference between the adjacent wiring patterns are arranged. According to the invention, the electric field concentration at the end sections of the wiring pattern to which a high voltage is applied is reduced and partial-discharge-resistant characteristics are improved.

More specifically, the power distribution mounting component includes: an insulating layer; current-carrying first conductor layers sandwiching the insulating layer; and a second conductor layer (thinner than the first conductor layers) interposed between the insulating layer and at least one of the first conductor layers.
