摘要: Various embodiments of the present invention pertain to an electronic device and an operation method therefor. The electronic device comprises: a housing that includes a circular upper end surface comprising a plurality of openings having a selected pattern, a flat circular lower end surface and a side surface surrounding a space between the upper end surface and the lower end surface; an audio output interface that is formed on the side surface; a power input interface that is formed on the side surface; a microphone that is located inside the housing, and that faces the openings; a wireless communication circuit; a processor that is operatively connected to the audio output interface, the power input interface, the microphone and the communication circuit; and a memory that is operatively connected to the processor, wherein the memory, when the electronic device is executed, can store instructions for the processor to receive a wake-up command through the microphone, to recognize the wake-up command, to transmit to a server information regarding reception of the wake-up command using the communication circuit, to receive a response from the server using the communication circuit, to generate a first audio signal based on the response, and to output the first audio signal using the audio output interface when the microphone is available, wherein the audio signal can be a non-language sound. Various embodiments are also possible.

摘要: An electronic device with a heat radiation structure using an audio device is provided. The electronic device includes a first housing, a speaker module disposed on a surface of the first housing and configured to output sounds in a first direction, a sound reflection plate mounted above the surface of the first housing and having a first surface facing the speaker module, and a heat emission device disposed on a second surface of the sound reflection plate. The sound reflection plate may absorb heat generated from the heat emission device, and discharge the absorbed heat to the outside of the electronic device through a space between the surface of the first housing and the first surface of the sound reflection plate.

The instructions implement the method, including detecting at least one haptic event related to content output by the electronic device, detecting movement information indicating movement of a haptic providing module electrically coupled to the electronic device, via the at least one sensor, wherein the haptic providing module includes one or more haptic actuators, and selecting at least one haptic actuator of the one or more haptic actuators based on at least one attribute of the at least one haptic event and the detected movement information.

摘要: In a method of programming in a nonvolatile memory device including a memory cell region including a first metal pad and a peripheral circuit region including a second metal pad, wherein the peripheral circuit region is vertically connected to the memory cell region by the first metal pad and the second metal pad, a memory block in the memory cell region including a plurality of stacks disposed in a vertical direction is provided where the memory block includes cell strings each of which includes memory cells connected in series in the vertical direction between a source line and each of bitlines. A plurality of intermediate switching transistors disposed in a boundary portion between two adjacent stacks in the vertical direction is provided, where the intermediate switching transistors perform a switching operation to control electrical connection of the cell strings, respectively. A boosting operation is performed to boost voltages of channels of the plurality of stacks while controlling the switching operation of the intermediate switching transistors during a program operation with respect to the memory block. Program voltage disturbance and pass voltage disturbance are reduced through control of the switching operation of the intermediate switching transistors.

In an embodiment, an electronic device includes a plurality of sensors including first, second, and third sensor sets. A processor configured to determine a proximity state of an external object using the first sensor set, wherein the proximity state indicates whether the external object exists near the electronic device and includes a first proximity state and a second proximity state. In response to the external object being in the first proximity state, determine a detailed proximity state of the external object using the second sensor set, and in response to the external object being in the second proximity state, determine the detailed proximity state of the external object with respect to the electronic device using the third sensor set.

摘要: An electronic device according to various embodiments of the present invention comprises: a first main body including a first surface and a second surface which faces the opposite direction to the first surface; a second main body including a third surface which faces the first surface of the first main body part when being folded in a first direction, and a fourth surface which faces the second surface of the first main body part when being folded in a second direction; a rotatable connection unit which connects at least a part of one side of the first main body part and at least a part of one side of the second main body part; a first display which is exposed to the first surface of the first main body part; a second display which is exposed to the third surface of the second main body part; a processor which is electrically connected to the first display and the second display; and a memory which is electrically connected to the processor. The memory, when being executed, may store instructions for instructing the processor to display the first screen and the second screen on the first display and the second display, respectively, when an angle between the first main body and the second main body is included in a first range, and to display at least one from among the third screen and the fourth screen on at least one from among the first display and the second display when an angle between the first main body and the second main body is out of the first range and is included in a second range due to the first main body and the second main body being folded in the second direction.

摘要: An electronic device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a housing that comprises a first surface which faces a first direction and a second surface which faces a second direction opposite to the first direction, and that comprises a first transparent plate which forms at least a portion of the first surface of the housing; a display that is disposed between the first transparent plate and the second face of the housing, and comprises a second transparent plate which faces the first direction, and a third transparent plate which faces the second direction; a first electrode, a second electrode, a third electrode, and a fourth electrode that are disposed between the second transparent plate and the third transparent plate; and a control circuit that is electrically connected to the first electrode, the second electrode, the third electrode, and the fourth electrode, wherein the control circuit may be configured to detect the position of touch input with respect to the first transparent plate by using the first electrode, to detect the intensity of the touch input by using the second electrode, and to display visual information on at least a portion of the display by using the third electrode and the fourth electrode. In addition, an electronic device comprising a pressure sensor according to various embodiments of the present invention can provide a slim electronic device with reduced manufacturing costs by utilizing an integrated structure with a touch sensor and/or a fingerprint sensor and by disposing the touch sensor including the pressure sensor, and other sensors between various structures inside the display.
