摘要: A thin film photoelectric converter including a transparent conductive layer, a laser light absorption layer, a back electrode layer, a semiconductor photoelectric conversion layer and a transparent electrode layer stacked on a translucent substrate. The laser light absorption layer is parted into regions by first kind parting line grooves, and the photoelectric conversion layer is parted into regions by third kind parting line grooves penetrating the laser light absorption layer, the rear surface electrode layer and the photoelectric conversion layer. The transparent electrode layer is parted into regions by fourth kind parting line grooves penetrating the laser light absorption layer, the rear surface electrode layer, the photoelectric conversion layer and the transparent electrode layer. A receiving side transparent electrode region of one cell is electrically connected to a back electrode region of adjacent cell through the first kind groove, the transparent conductive layer and the third kind groove.

摘要: The vehicle-use electricity management system includes an electricity demand detection means to detect electricity consumed by electrical loads, and an electricity price information generation means to generate electricity price information indicative of a price of electricity supplied to the electrical loads based on the electricity demand. At least one of the electrical loads includes an electricity consumption ability determination means to determine whether electricity supplied to the own electrical load can be consumed unconditionally based on comparison between the electricity price information received from the electricity price information generation means and electricity consumption ability information stored in the own electrical load, and an electricity consumption control means to control an amount of electricity consumed by the own electrical load based on a determination result made by the electricity consumption ability determination means.

摘要: There is provided an apparatus for controlling an electric compressor, which can actuate the electric compressor rapidly through a simpler and lower-cost configuration while achieving reduction in weight, cost, and assembling time of the electric compressor. In the case where a pressure difference between the inlet side and the outlet side of the compressor body is present when a motor of the electric compressor is actuated, the motor is actuated at a number of revolutions lower than that in the normal mode. Thereby, even if a refrigerant has been liquefied on the outlet side of the compressor body, for example, the motor can be actuated by performing such action as to push out the liquefied refrigerant. In this case, the number of revolutions of the motor is increased by being changed stepwise or linearly, by which the number of revolutions of the motor is caused to reach a required number of revolutions as early as possible while surely performing the actuation.

摘要: An apparatus corrects a position coordinate measured by a GPS receiver. Road data representing a position coordinate of a constructed road is included. Locus data representing a plurality of position coordinates of the GPS receiver during a past specified period is generated based on a position coordinate acquired. A road section traveled by the GPS receiver during the past specified period is estimated based on road data stored and a position coordinate acquired. A bias error of a position coordinate measured by the GPS receiver is estimated based on position coordinates at a plurality of points in a road section estimated and position coordinates at a plurality of points represented by the locus data. A position coordinate measured by the GPS receiver is corrected based on a bias error estimated and outputted.

摘要: An optical member that will be incorporated in a surface light source unit and that is scarcely deformed while it is used as a component of the surface light source unit. The optical member comprises optical sheets layered on each other. The optical sheets at least includes: an outermost optical sheet on the light-entrance side, which is situated outermost on the light-entrance side; and a high-rigidity optical sheet situated on the light-exit side of the outermost optical sheet on the light-entrance side, a rigidity of the high-rigidity optical sheet being higher than a rigidity of the outermost optical sheet on the light-entrance side.

摘要: In a diffusion sheet 101, a plurality of approximately trapezoidal columnar unit lens portions 11 are disposed such that the long-axis directions thereof are in parallel with each other, and all the surfaces of the unit lens portions, which correspond to the long bottom segments 112 of the approximately trapezoidal sections of the unit lens portions 11 are disposed on a light-incident-side flat surface. Further, light absorbing portions 12 are disposed in the grooves between adjacent unit lens portions 11 to absorb and/or shield external light incident from a light outgoing side. In the diffusion sheet 101 arranged as described above, light incident on the unit lens portions 11 from a light incident side is totally reflected on the surfaces corresponding to the side segments 111 of the approximately trapezoidal sections vertical to the long-axis direction of the unit lens portions and outgoes from the light outgoing side. In each of the unit lens portions 11 arranged as described above, the distance h between both the bottom segments 112 and 113 of the approximately trapezoidal section is 120% or more to 400% or less of the length p of the long bottom segment 112 (h/p=1.20 to 4.00).
