摘要： A rotor shaft may include a base shaft member for structuring the rotor shaft, a lead screw formed on an outer peripheral face of the base shaft member, and a resin film which covers the lead screw. Further, a motor may include a rotor shaft that is formed with a lead screw on a peripheral face of the rotor shaft, and a flank face of the lead screw is coated with a resin film. Also, a motor may include a rotor shaft and a bearing which rotatably supports the rotor shaft, at least a sliding portion of the rotor shaft on the bearing is covered with a resin film. The resin film is preferably an electrodeposited film and may contain solid lubricant, filler and fluid adjustment agent.

A conductive connection member is connected to the terminal pin so that it can be electrically connected to the wire. The terminal pin has a diameter on an open side thereof which is formed larger than that on a root side form which the conductive connection member is drawn out. The pin is formed as a contact section with which the conductive connection member makes contact when it is pulled in a projection direction of the terminal pin.

The light-emitting elements (45) are disposed on the substrate (21). The sealing members (54) contain, as a main component, translucent resin mixed with a phosphor. The sealing members (54) are heaped up from the bottom surfaces thereof bonded on the substrate (21) and are each formed to bury a singularity or a plurality of the light-emitting elements (45). A ratio (H/D) of a diameter D of the bottom surfaces to height H of the heaps of the sealing members (54) is set to 0.22 to 1.0.

摘要： A fluorescent lamp includes: a bulb including bent and straight-tube portions having an external tube diameter of 12 to 20 mm and a tube length of 800 to 2500 mm. The straight portions are disposed generally within the same plane through the bent portions. A pair of end portions with electrodes sealed therein form a single discharge path through the straight tube and bent portions. A phosphor layer is formed on the inner face of the bulb, and a discharge medium including mercury is sealed in the bulb. Thermal deterioration of the phosphor layer formed at the straight tube portions is reduced so deterioration of the initial light flux is suppressed, allowing lighting at higher efficiency. With the above configuration, a fluorescent lamp is compact and capable of light with high efficiency, and with improved light output properties. A light fixture uses this fluorescent lamp.
