At least one projection included in a plurality of projections of the first spline projects in the axial direction by a larger amount than the remaining projections of the first spline. When a crest of the at least one projection contacts a crest of one of projections of the second spline, a play is caused between the rotary ring and the outer ring due to the at least one projection that works as a fulcrum.

    摘要： A rotation adjusting mechanism is provided in a power transmission path from a pulley to a rotation shaft and includes an elastic member and a clutch mechanism. The elastic member reduces a minute change in rotation generated in at least one of the pulley and the rotating shaft by its elastic deformation. The clutch mechanism is provided in an intermediate position of the power transmission path from the elastic member to the rotating shaft and configured to interrupt the power transmission from the pulley to the rotating shaft when a rotation speed of the pulley lowers below a rotation speed of the rotating shaft by a predetermined value or greater.

    摘要： An inspection method for inspecting beads provided on a tire building drum in process of production a pneumatic tire includes measuring a displacement amount in a radial direction on each of the beads lying axially on both sides of the drum with a distance sensor such as an eddy current sensor while rotating the drum, synthesizing displacement amounts so obtained on the beads on both the sides, calculating a harmonic of the displacement amounts in the radial direction of the beads by performing harmonic analysis on a resultant synthesized displacement amount, and determining whether the magnitude of the harmonic so calculated falls within a predetermined range.

    摘要： There is provided a compact one-way clutch unit that can perform connection and disconnection of power in two systems. An end portion on a side of a deep groove ball bearing portion 65 of a second one-way clutch 2 is disposed in an annular recess 67, which is provided at an end portion in an inner peripheral surface of a first inner ring 7, so that the dimension in an axial direction of a one-way clutch unit is reduced. Further, an outer peripheral diameter on a side of the deep groove ball bearing portion 65 is made smaller than that on the side of a one-way clutch portion 60 of a second outer ring 14 so as to reduce a diameter of the recess 67 and the outer peripheral diameter of the first outer ring 5 of the first one-way clutch 1.

    摘要： This invention relates to a rotating connector comprising an inner cylinder 2 and an outer cylinder 3 combined together to permit the relative rotation in a concentric state, and a flat cable 1 spirally housed in an annular space 20 formed between the inner cylinder 2 and the outer cylinder 3, and connected at its inner end to the inner cylinder 2 while being connected at its outer end to the outer cylinder 3, wherein the flat cable 1 is composed of a plurality of flat-type conductors 10 placed in parallel arrangement and an insulating coat layer 11 placed over the flat-type conductors 10, and the insulating coat layer 11 is formed by coating the flat-type conductor 10 with a thermoplastic resin by means of direct extrusion. According to the present invention, since the insulating coat layer 11 of the flat cable 1 is formed by coating the flat-type conductors 10 with the thermoplastic resin by means of direct extrusion as described above, it is possible to provide a rotating connector, which permits the smooth rotation without an increase in torque even in the high-temperature environment and is excellent in durability.
