摘要: A method for producing a sealed optical semiconductor device makes it possible to seal an optical semiconductor element using a sealing film. The method includes: placing a sealing film on an optical semiconductor element substrate on which an optical semiconductor element is placed within a pressure reduction chamber, and the pressure within the chamber is reduced; heating the film where at least the periphery of the film is thermally fused to the surface of the optical semiconductor element placement substrate; and a step in which the reduction of pressure within the chamber is released and the optical semiconductor element placement substrate is sealed by the film. The temperature T2 of the optical semiconductor element placement substrate when the reduction of pressure within the chamber is released is a temperature at which the film exhibits a tensile strength of 0.02-0.15 MPa and an elongation at break of 150-450%.

摘要: Provided is a laminate having, on a substrate, a gel layer which is excellent in heat resistance, has low elastic modulus, low stress and is excellent in stress buffering properties and flexibility, is soft and excellent in holding property of electronic components before curing, and after curing, the gel layer is changed to a hard cured layer which is higher in shape retention and excellent in mold releasability than before curing, and a method for manufacturing the same. Also provided is a method for manufacturing an electronic component in which use of the laminate makes it difficult to cause problems such as deposits of silicone gel or a cured product thereof to a substrate or an electronic component, and makes it difficult to cause problems of defects or defective products of the electronic component. The laminate includes a curing reactive silicone gel layer on at least one type of substrate.

摘要: A silicone rubber composition for textile coating is disclosed. The silicone rubber composition comprises: (A) an organopolysiloxane having at least two alkenyl groups in a molecule and having a viscosity at 25° C. of from 100 to 1000000 mPa·s; (B) an organopolysiloxane represented by an average unit formula described herein; (C) a hydrosilylation catalyst; (D) a reinforcing silica fine powder; (E) an organotitanium compound and/or an organozirconium compound; and (F) an alkoxysilane having an epoxy group and/or an alkoxysilane having a methacryl group or an acryl group. The silicone rubber composition generally reduces formation and/or expansion of openings even when a large tension is applied to a textile coated with the silicone rubber composition. A silicone rubber-coated textile and method of formation are also disclosed.

摘要: A novel silicone surfactant comprises a co-modified organopolysiloxane copolymer having a long chain alkyl group, a polyether group, and a specific average polymerization degree of its siloxane back-bone. The silicone surfactant can be used for an emulsifier (especially for a water-in-oil (W/O) type emulsifier), a surface treatment agent, a powder treatment agent, or a dispersant in a cosmetic composition or a medicament. A W/O emulsion composition comprising the silicone surfactant; a powder composition where the surface of the powder is treated using the silicone surfactant as a powder treatment agent; a powder composition further comprising an oil agent and having a form of powder in oil dispersion; and a preparation for external use, particularly a cosmetic composition or medicament, comprising the same; are also disclosed.

The grease composition contains a hydrocarbon base oil, lithium soap serving as a thickener, and olefin resin powder. A weight ratio between the hydrocarbon base oil and the lithium soap in the grease composition is in a range of 94.5:5.5 to 96.0:4.0. A consistency of the grease composition is in a range of 360 to 400.

In said general formula (1), R1 is a monovalent hydrocarbon group or a hydrogen atom; R2 is a monovalent hydrocarbon group having from 6 to 30 carbons; L1 is a silylalkyl group having a siloxane dendron structure; and Q is a hydrophilic segment.

摘要: A production method for a liquid high purity sugar derivative-modified silicone or a composition thereof is disclosed. The method comprises the steps of: 1) capturing hydrophilic impurities in solid particles by causing an impurity containing composition containing liquid sugar derivative-modified silicone and the hydrophilic impurities derived from a sugar derivative to contact the solid particles, the sugar derivative being a hydrophilic modifier of the sugar derivative-modified silicone, and the solid particles being able to capture the hydrophilic impurities; and 2) separating the sugar derivative-modified silicone and the solid particles. The method is useful for production of the liquid high purity sugar derivative-modified silicone and the composition thereof on a commercial scale.

摘要: The present invention provides a novel organopolysiloxane in which a rich hydrophilic property is exhibited, not only superior miscibility with a hydrophilic component and but also a hydrophobic property are exhibited, and superior miscibility with both a silicone oil and a non-silicone oil such as a hydrocarbon oil, an ester oil or the like, and provide various usages of the aforementioned novel organopolysiloxane by developing the superior characteristics thereof such as good surface activity power, a distinctive sensation during use, increased stability and the like. A co-modified organopolysiloxane having a specified chemical structure in which a sugar alcohol-modified group and a long-chain hydrocarbon group are present in one molecule is produced. The co-modified organopolysiloxane is blended, as a surfactant, a powder treatment agent, a gelling agent or the like, or as a cosmetic raw material appropriately together with powder(s), oil agent(s) or the like, in a preparation for external use, and in particular, a cosmetic.
