摘要: The present disclosure is directed to mushroom compounds infused food and beverage consumables and non-consumables, along with methods of producing the mushroom compounds infused consumables and non-consumables. The consumables are infused in an overall two-step process, in which mushroom compounds from a mushroom species are first infused into a food grade oil, which in turn is used to infuse food and beverage consumables. Mushroom compounds infused oil may also be used in formulations of non-consumables.

摘要: This application describes a method for preparing a fermented red ginseng powder dispersion with improved dispersibility and ginsenoside content. The method includes (a) grinding red ginseng to obtain powdered red ginseng; (b) introducing the powdered red ginseng into a mixed liquid including β-Glucosidase to react with the powdered red ginseng; (c) inoculating the mixed liquid with a fermented strain for fermentation; and (d) controlling a concentration of the mixed liquid to a predetermined range.

The specified quantity is based on the amount.

摘要: A method for crystallizing aqueous carbohydrate-containing substances, comprising: purifying the aqueous substance containing carbohydrates; mixing said aqueous substance with a water-absorbing medium; distributing the above mixture in a layer on a high temperature resistant container; heating the mixture layer of the previous step in a microwave apparatus; cooling the mixture layer; re-heating and cooling the mixture layer until it reaches a humidity of 2 to 4%; spraying the crystallized mixture-layer, removing the water-absorbing medium from the crystals obtained; and recovering said crystals. A crystallized or granular product obtained by such a crystallization method.

摘要: A peeling method includes a first decompression step, a pressure-heating step, and a second decompression step. In the first decompression step, an object with a skin to be peeled is placed in a pressure chamber being sealed, and an inside of the pressure chamber is decompressed to a predetermined first negative pressure state. 摘要: The present disclosure relates to extracts and sweetening compositions that may be wholly derived from fruits of the Cucurbitaceae family containing mogroside V and other terpene glycosides. The extracts have a low mogroside V content. The extracts also have a low monosaccharide content, and can be spray-dried to form a spray-dried product. The extracts may be suitable for use as a bulking agent, and can be combined with a terpene glycoside powder. The extracts and sweetening compositions can be used in a food, beverage, and dietary supplement products. Provided are also methods for preparing such extracts and sweetening compositions.
