摘要： The present invention relates to a multilayer protective mask having antimicrobial properties, said mask comprising a body portion comprising: at least a first and a second fabric layers having random fiber configuration; a middle layer comprising a nanofiber membrane; and a third and a fourth fabric layers. The first fabric layer is disposed between the third fabric layer and the nanofiber membrane, and the second fabric layer is disposed between the fourth fabric layer and the nanofiber membrane. The first, the second, the third, and the fourth fabric layers have incorporated therein a synergistic combination of at least two metal oxide powders, comprising a mixed oxidation state oxide of a first metal and a single oxidation state oxide of a second metal, said combination having synergistic antimicrobial properties.

摘要： A heating pad includes a heat pad with an anterior and posterior side. The heat pad includes a first layer, a second layer, and a third layer. The second layer is located in between the first layer and the third layer. The first layer is located on the posterior side, while the third layer is located on the anterior side. The second layer has a wire selectively heated to increase the temperature of the heat pad. The third layer is a reflective material positioned to reflect heat from the second layer towards the first layer, decreasing heat emitted on the anterior side of the heat pad. The heating pad also includes a battery storage section for securing a battery. The battery is in electronical communication with the wire of the heat pad. The heating pad further includes an engagement mechanism to secure the heating pad to a user.

摘要： The application relates to a fire-resistant textile composite having an upper surface and a lower surface. The composite contains a nonwoven layer and a knit layer. The nonwoven layer has a first and second side and contains a nonwoven textile. The nonwoven textile contains a plurality of first fire-resistant fibers, where the first fire-resistant fibers are non-thermoplastic. The nonwoven layer forms the lower surface of the textile composite. The knit layer contains a knit textile having a first and second side and the second side of the knit layer is adjacent to the first side of the nonwoven layer. The knit textile contains a plurality of second fire-resistant yarns, where the second fire-resistant yarns are non-thermoplastic. At least a portion of the first fire-resistant fibers from the nonwoven layer extend through the first side of the knit layer and form the upper surface of the textile composite.

The first layer of the material comprises a warp-knitted sandwich fabric, the second layer comprises a three-dimensional nonwoven fabric, the third layer comprises a perforated ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA) foam, and the fourth layer comprises a warp-knitted mesh fabric, wherein the second layer is positioned between the first layer and the third layer, and wherein the third layer is positioned between the second layer and the fourth layer. The composite cushion materials are useful in clothing and equipment for wear in high temperature environments.
