    摘要: In a method for connecting lead wires to a touch panel, the method includes the steps of: providing through holes 9a to 9d the number of which corresponds to the number of electrode ends by perforation in a lower electrode plate 3; using a metal-pin 11 having a pin-shaft 11b and a disk shaped pin-head 11a with a diameter larger than an outer diameter of the pin-shaft; inserting the pin-shaft 11b into a metal-pin fixing hole formed corresponding to the through hole 9a at a circuit 10c in a connector tail of a lead wire 10, whereby the pin-shaft 11b is erectly provided on the connector tail of the lead wire 10; and inserting the pin-shafts 11b to 14b into the through holes 9a to 9d, and in addition, electrically connecting the pin-shaft inserted into a lower electrode plate 3 through a conductive adhesive 15 to electrode ends 6c, 7c, 6d, 7d.

    摘要: A touch panel has an upper conductive layer, a lower conductive layer, a substrate and multiple electrical connectors. The upper conductive layer has an upper film and two X-electrodes being formed adjacent to the upper film. The lower conductive layer has a lower film, two Y-electrodes and multiple through holes. The Y-electrodes are formed adjacent to the lower film and perpendicularly to the X-electrodes. Each through hole corresponds to an X or Y-electrode. The substrate has multiple wires and multiple mounting holes. Each wire is formed on a bottom of the substrate and aligned with the X or Y-electrode. The mounting holes are formed through the substrate and respectively aligned to the through holes. Each electrical connector is mounted through corresponding mounting and through holes and connects the wires and electrodes. Therefore the touch panel is easily produced with high-precision flatness.

    摘要: A link member consists of a set of frame bodies assembled in an X shape when seen from the side so as to be swingable each other. A base member is provided to support the link member. At least one of the link member and the base member is an elastic member which is interposed between a key top member and the opposed switch members. A springback force is obtained by the elastic member to restore the key top member and the link member to their original positions. Thus, the number of resin components is reduced. A push button switch reasonable in cost and low or short in size is provided.

    摘要: An input device comprises a wiring board having stationary contacts and a module unit placed on the wiring board. The module unit has a structure formed integrally with actuating key portions, movable contacts, cushioning members and protruding portions. The movable contacts are disposed under the actuating key portions, and actuated by a push-on operation of the actuating key portions. The cushioning members are disposed in a space between a lower surface of the actuating key portions and an upper surface of a movable contact retainer bearing the movable contacts to make the space shrinkable when subjected to the push-on operation whereas it maintains an uniform height when not subjected to the push-on operation. The protruding portions depress top center portions of the movable contacts. The input device includes switch elements, each comprising the movable contact and the stationary contact, and the switch element is actuated by the push-on operation on the actuating key portion.

    摘要: The present invention provides methods for connecting electrically conductive elastomer to electronics that reduce cost and time for manufacturing a tactile sensor that includes an electrically conductive elastomer such as a conductive foam. The methods provide a good connection between the electrically conductive elastomer and the electrodes connected to the electronics, which provide for repeatable measurements. The methods can be used for all cases of electrically conductive elastomers and elastomers made to be conductive with the addition of conductive particles (such as carbon, silver, nickel, gold, etc.) including thermoplastic and some thermosetting elastomers.
